Great experience using Impartner PRM
What do you like best about the product?
We've had a fantastic experience using Impartner as our partner portal solution. The UI is clean and intuitive, which makes it incredibly easy for both our team and partners to use.
What really stands out for us is how well Impartner meets our needs. It integrates seamlessly with our systems, and the customization options have allowed us to make the platform feel like our own. It's really helped us streamline our partner management process.
What we appreciate the most is Impartner CMS and support team. Anytime we've had a question or needed assistance, they've been super responsive and always helpful. You don’t always get that level of support with other platforms, and it’s made a huge difference for us.
Overall, Impartner has been a perfect fit for us. It’s a pleasure working with a team that truly listens and cares about helping us succeed. The platform has been reliable, easy to use, and a great addition to our workflow.

Access to the support/success portal via the prod environment

Tracking partner activities, managing leads, and providing consistent communication across our partner ecosystem.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability & flexibility offered by impartner is a key, the new on demand feature where we can keep engaged with our partners, pulling reports to know how much deals were registered or the saved assets that our partners can use to learn. the ability to customise the view for each partner is amazing. support team at impartner is on another level, always there to support and fix issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
currently you cant pull a report for global partners accross the regions and i do think we can have global overview on X partner across the globe would be amazing. also with the new PX migration, we started to discover lots of broken links, bugs, downtime which i believe comes with onboarding issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the partner engagment experience where we keep our partners informed about our latest updates, assets, collaterals where impartner is linked to our CRM with live updates shared with our partners. and we recently added the news on demand feature where we can easier commuincate with our partners and share useful insights via a monthly newsletter. we also are building and finalising the business planning feature where we will be using with our partners to run the QBRs and account mapping and progress.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize the tool as per specific needs & implement processes that are unique to an existing program
What do you dislike about the product?
A few elements of the user interface that cant be changed due to technical limitations

Being able to manage a program that involves multiple stakeholders & changing variables
Good platform, even better customer support

Their new PMaaS looks very promising to help us expand our instance and build in more maturity to our processes.

Could use more data in standard analytics and email tracking

Great working relationship
What do you like best about the product?
Our partners love their PRM and we've had feedback that it's the best out of any they use. Oliver and Impartner have been great to work with and we look forward to continuing the working relationsihp!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are somtimes small limitations with what we can customise, but it's usually only the very small nice to have's and nothing critical

A simple, structured process with tracking to enable us to manage our partners in a consistent way
Finance partnerships with multiple SMEs
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to API our custom-built platform and report on this. Customised fields and PX studio are great to be able to facilitate an easy platform for our 1000+ partners to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Co-branding assets is not working properly and our team have been in talks with yours for almost 2 months now to try and fix it. Even the "Impartner Experts" contractor, Is Inspired, has found that cobranding is bugged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a platform for our partners to view the leads they bring to us, and allows th em to contact leads who have enquired with us for finance without having the sales conversation - our partners can see these leads, pick up the phone, and ask what product they were enquiring on finance to gain further sales

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple format that is user-friendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have experience with the back-end, so I have not run into complications.

What do you like best about the product?
The PX version of Impartner is user friendly and provides a great experience for partners. Lots of great options for automation, to improve reporting, segmentation and partner experience. A lot of new opportunities for automation and integrations with their newer feature, Orchestration studio
What do you dislike about the product?
Still some features not supported with their PX version.

Providing us with the platform to manage and communicate with our partners, drastically improving our partner experience.
