Great PRM Solution vendor and partner
What do you like best about the product?
The Impartner solution provides a base framework, out of the box modules, which can be customized to our specific needs. This provides great speed to market vs having to develop every feature from a blank canvas.
The CMS editing allows us to gain control and speed in publishing our own content to our partners as new products launch, or news announcements need to be shared quickly.
The Impartner PRM solution is on the SFDC APP Exchange program and hence allowed us to integrate with our own SFDC CRM internal solution. This integration allows us the full 360 degree view of our partners.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features take sometimes a little longer to develop and deploy than we would like.
We are in a business where we need speed (however not at the expense of quality)!
We would like enhanced portal usage reporting metrics.

Consolidating our Partner facing tools and communications in a one-stop solution with the following benefits:
- Next Generation partner portal experience for our users, mobile solution
- Integration with our internal CRM solution for reportability, dashboard and metrics
- Automated workflows for governance approvals (new partner applications, MDF, deal reg)
- Automated in-context and personalized engagement with our users (to come...)

Excellent price to benefit ratio overall for the Impartner solution

What do you like best about the product?
Modular approach to functionality and features
What do you dislike about the product?
The charges for additional functionality and features quickly add up. Very little is at the entry price. Their admin interface is VERY limited requiring you to use their PS for updates that should be self service. Be aware their std implementation with sales force requires a separate database for partners. They can attach to std accounts but it's very costly. Lastly, their customer service and response rate has severely declined over the past year.

Management of partners and providing tools and resources to partners on-demand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look around and don't just talk to the clients they give you for references. They are very small and disorganized.

It is the only PRM solution that is integrated with SFDC. It is a great face to the SFDC partner communities
What do you dislike about the product?
Any enhancements you want to make you have to work with the vendor, You don't have full control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to a full end to end PRM solution.
