AI Summaries Save Time—No More Digging Through Logs
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Oodle for some time. Beyond the core problems it helps solve, I’ve especially been liking the AI summary feature lately. It means I don’t have to dig through all the logs just to pinpoint the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit on the UI part, can be made better, and also things can be made more intuitive, eg, the filters are great, but the search bar isn’t very intuitive, and it’s not immediately clear how you’re supposed to use it. I’d also love an “expand all” button that opens all the logs currently visible on the screen, instead of having to click each one individually when I’m trying to find something in the raw log. As it stands, the only other option is to add a filter, but that’s a multi-step process right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from helping us setup proper alters with integrations like pagerduty and the newer ones like incident.io, the biggest problem it solves for me is visibility, having logs from all services collected in one place. I also recently heard that the MCP server with Claude is now available. I haven’t tried it yet, but if it works the way I’m expecting, it should significantly reduce debugging time and provide much better analysis than what we can do manually, which would ultimately save a lot of time and effort.
Modern Observability with a Clean UI and Easy Debugging via MCP
What do you like best about the product?
Oodle is the modern day Observability platform, which provides a clean UI to browse through logs. It also offers a rich MCP that connects with Cursor and makes debugging very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product can be difficult for new users to onboard with, and the initial learning curve may feel a bit steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oodle is helping us access the production logs of customers instantly. The MCP connection with various coding tools enables the tool to automatically query logs and debug
Simplified Observability with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Oodle AI to access logs of customer sessions, monitor background jobs, and check metrics. As an ML engineer, I love that it enables me to self-serve on observability without needing infra expertise, which is way simpler than using raw AWS or GCP tools. The MCP integration is what I love most because it allows my AI coding agent to pull logs, metrics, and traces directly through Oodle AI, making debugging way faster without constant context-switching between tools. I also enjoy the yellow markers for flagging suspicious log lines, the fast search, and the easy-to-use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Narrowing down a time frame or filtering on a specific column takes too many clicks. When I'm mid-investigation and need to scope down results quickly, the friction adds up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Oodle AI for easy observability without infra expertise, simplifying monitoring with fast search and yellow markers on logs. The MCP integration accelerates debugging by pulling logs and metrics directly, reducing tool switching.
Easy to use, super-responsive team, and supercharges debugging experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, very responsive team, cost-efficient and supercharges our debugging experience, saving engineers hours and a lot of frustration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is still in its early stages and has a few bugs here and there, but the team is super fast at fixing them whenever they’re reported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized cost-efficient observability across multiple clusters across AWS, Azure and GCP
Smart AI Integrated Telemetry That Makes Debugging and Dashboarding Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The team and their support are excellent, and I really like the AI-based UI. It lets me debug issues, generate post-mortems, and build dashboards using plain English.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so much, so far the experience around onboarding and usage has been pretty seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making telemetry smart, cheap, and accessible, without paying huge bills in software costs and developer time.
Oodle's AI features make it our go-to Observability Platform at WisdomAI
What do you like best about the product?
We at WisdomAI use Oodle as our observability platform. Using Oodle has been amazing. We used to use Cloudwatch and GCP logs explorer and we hated using it. Once we started using Oodle, we knew there was no going back - it is very simple and easy to use.
I personally use Oodle's MCP server a lot. It is a game changer. I don't need to manually add filters and look at logs, understand them, and then root cause the issue - I let Cursor do it for me. The tools in the MCP server are very intuitive as well, so any agent can easily use it without needing to add much context.
The engineering time at Oodle is second to none. Most bugs reported get resolved within a few hours.
The setup was simple as well - it didn't take us more than a day to get going and once we used it, we didn't take more than a week to take a decision.
I would highly recommend giving Oodle a shot.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, none! It's great and I haven't had a lot of problems using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Single stop solution for all telemetry signals - we use Oodle for logs, metrics, traces, database monitoring, and alerting.
2. Oodle Copilot - learning and using PromQL is a pain, but Oodle's assistant acts as a copilot on the page that we are on and can take actions on our behalf. I just prompt it to create a dashboard containing these panels and it just works. It is magical.
3. cmd+k palette - If I am looking at logs for example and I need to show/hide some field for every log, or add a filter - I don't need to do that manually, I just press cmd+k and type it there and everything just works - it's so seamless.
