What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate Oodle AI for providing great insights and good logging visibility. It offers an in-depth analysis of issues, helping us debug quickly. The easy-to-use UI and their helpful AI assistant are standout features for me. I like that the AI assistant isn't just a chatbot but can actually take actions and build workflows, like helping me build dashboards on the fly. The initial setup was easy and their team was very helpful.

Oodle AI provides great insights, good logging visibility, and in-depth analysis for fast debugging. The AI assistant takes actions and builds workflows, like creating dashboards on the fly. The easy-to-use UI and helpful AI assistant make it efficient and effective.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about Oodle AI is its intuitive UI and powerful automation capabilities. The platform is easy to navigate, and features like intelligent data analysis and workflow automation save me a significant amount of time on repetitive tasks. It has improved my productivity by turning hours of manual work into minutes with actionable insights and recommendations. I also appreciate its fast performance and smooth integrations with other tools, which make it easy to incorporate into my existing workflow. Overall, it delivers strong value by increasing efficiency and simplifying complex processes.

What do you dislike about the product?

While Oodle AI is powerful, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some advanced features have a slight learning curve, especially during the initial onboarding, and clearer documentation or guided tutorials would help. At times, customization options feel a bit limited when trying to tailor workflows to very specific needs.

Integration setup can occasionally require extra effort, particularly with less common tools. In terms of performance, there can be minor slowdowns when working with very large datasets. Additionally, pricing may feel a bit high for smaller teams or individual users, especially if they don’t fully utilize all features.

Improving onboarding, expanding customization, and offering more flexible pricing tiers would make the overall experience even better.

Oodle AI solves the problem of time-consuming manual data processing and fragmented workflows. Before using it, I had to rely on multiple tools and spend a lot of time analyzing data and performing repetitive tasks. Oodle AI centralizes these processes and automates them, making everything much more efficient.

It benefits me by significantly reducing the time spent on routine work and improving accuracy through AI-driven insights. Instead of manually interpreting data, I now get clear, actionable recommendations that help me make faster and better decisions. It also improves collaboration by integrating smoothly with other tools, keeping everything in one place.

Overall, it has streamlined my workflow, increased productivity, and allowed me to focus more on high-value tasks rather than manual effort.

What do you like best about the product?

Oodle enables rapid bug detection and seamlessly correlates issues across services, making it much easier for our development team to identify and resolve problems. This marks a significant improvement over CloudWatch and OpenSearch.

What do you dislike about the product?

However, for new users, it can feel a bit complex initially.

Log search is much faster than our AWS OpenSearch, and built-in alerting and RBAC features are exactly what we needed

This noticeably reduces the effort involved in production debugging and helps teams pinpoint issues more quickly. Having everything in a unified platform also streamlines the overall observability stack by cutting down the need to rely on multiple tools. OpenTelemetry support is another clear strength, making integration with existing systems smooth and efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?

The AI-driven insights are powerful, but more transparency around how those insights are generated would help build trust, especially during critical incidents. I’d also appreciate greater flexibility for manual, deep-dive analysis alongside the AI recommendations, as that would make the overall experience better for advanced users.
