What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Easy to implement. Great support to get us going. Training was really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
None really. They were patient with us during the POC and kept renewing our trial. On demand training was always given upon request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC 2 requirement for password managing.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is a very helpful tool to manage passwords and all logins. It is easy to easy and very secure. They have a great mobile app which makes this convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could deleted multiple records at once but otherwise everything is great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates forgetting passwords, allows us to store shared passwords, be able to use complex passwords & do one time sharing of passwords

What do you like best about the product?
The browser extension and UI make it very easy to use while retaining all necessary functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to generate a password using keeper instead of having to go to the extension and hitting the dropdown when you are trying to set up new credentials and Keeper doesn't recognize what you are trying to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilizing complex passwords while minimizing the overheard of managing them. By not having to remember the passwords and how easy it is to share with colleagues makes password management much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Good tool to share passwords between colleagues and share one time passwords or links with others in the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most people in the organization are not aware of the features in Keeper and use other means less secure to share passwors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When employees leave, passwords don't get lost. I was able to gain access into tools and resources by receiving the last admin's passwords
Keeper Security is a Versatile and Depenable Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper Security's Password vault can be used for work and home. The intuitive interface allows you to easily add to accounts to your password vault and is great for SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
When prompted for a password change froma website, sometimes the process is a bit clunky and you have to revert to doing it on your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It facilitates family members and employees the ability to create strong passwords that don't have to be remembered and reminds user NOT to reuse passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a robust security and keeps all the complicated passwords for me, its name suits it rightfuly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some websites are not correctly implemented and cause the autofiull feature to not activate correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security of password and management.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Keeper very easy to use when creating a new record, or using the fill tool to log into a site. It was extremely easy to get set up and running in our environment. I couldn't even tell you how many different accounts I have and this has been a tremendous help in keeping those passwords stored securly. I use this easily 15 times a day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about it is that on some websites you need to disable the fill tool in order to uncover (see in clear text) a password stored in a setting on a web page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue Keeper helps to solve is having to remember the passwords for the dozens of systems we have. Now, I only remember 1!

It is extremely easy for users to use if they set the time aside to pay attention. It has a ton of features to help our users create strong passwords and provides us with tools to see if their passwords are strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be too good and want to save passwords for the same site/tools if the URL is slightly different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper is solving our problem of having passwords stored in random locations and users creating 5 character passwords just to reuse them with all their accounts.
Keeper has continue to make managing passwords for the organization simple.

The security flexibity it gives me as a security professional, and integration with our IDP made it very easy to manager users provision.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser extension has issue recognizing fields on some websites and SaaS applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage shared passwords for various department much easier, especially when we have turn-over.
User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very intitive. Favorite feature is the 1 click copy, that compies a username or password with one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be difficult to access information and share folders with other team memebers if it has not initially been set up correctly.
Also the time out feature on the chrome extension is too short and to this day I can't figure out how to changeit.
