Unique password manager with a large encrypted virtual drive attached to the account
What do you like best about the product?
One could purchase encrypted drive cloud storage that unlocks with the same secret key as local, which makes Keeper unique from the password managers that I've seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing; works perfectly like all or almost all password managers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having encrypted storage without the need to encrypt a virtual drive myself via S3 or something or a Mac OS or Windows image or something
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do you want one secret key to encrypt both a traditional password manager and a cloud virtual drive such as an S3 bucket cuz if so then like I'm not sure where else you could go

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it fully integrated with iOS, so that I could save login details directly to keeper (instead of using iOS)
App can be a little glitchy every once in a blue moon

Definite must have
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration of Keeper with all of my apps and websites that require login. The first think I see is Keeper wanting to fill in my credentials for me. A short second or two after fingerprint scan login to Keeper, it quickly identifies which app or website credentials it needs to automatically fill in for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keep offers to save your login credentials for you IF they're not already stored in the app. I wish there was an option to also tell it what folder to store the new credentials in. I've also noticed on a couple if applications that although the credentials are already in Keeper, it prompts me to store them again. Haven't figured out why yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The auto-fill functionality and not having to keep track of the numerous login credentials in today's world.
Business and Personal User
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like is obviously the security, but also the fact that you can attach files as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say I have experienced zero downsides to using Keeper Security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product solves the issue of maintaining numerous complex passwords. I use it both in personal life and in business.
Secure, Easy to Use, and Family-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
We love the fact that we can share passwords between family members. We also run a family business, so the organizational structure of the web+mobile apps make it super easy to keep separate our work vs. personal vs. family passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would've liked to see integrated would be the chat/messaging, instead of it being a separate charge. It almost should be branded differently if it's not part of a "Keeper Suite," but it's okay, we all use Telegram and WhatsApp instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's some phantom folders that show up on my iPhone but not on the web. Not sure how to get rid of them, so I just ignore it.
