I love to use Keeper because it actually feels safe. The tool is powerful.
What do you like best about the product?
The autofill is the most helpful. When I get to work for the day, password management is seamless. One of the items that I think makes it unique is the fact that it forces you to put in your Authenticator code with MFA before the password. My history with other vendors was not as solid. Keeper is one of the apps that I have open all of the time being a SysAdmin. The Search function is key too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems that websites get confused if I have a similar login for sub-sites. Also sometimes the autofill icon is in front of the selection that needs to be made on the website to verify before hitting enter. I have to manually turn it off when I am logging in to some sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we moved away from our MSP. My access to a password vault went with them. I needed something now and Keeper delivered a perfect Business Model starting us down the road of zero trust.
Keeper has kept my passwords safe and I don’t need to remember any!
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper Password Manager is its strong focus on security without making things overly complicated. It uses zero-knowledge encryption, which means even Keeper can’t see your passwords. Everything is protected with AES-256 encryption, and it supports multi-factor authentication, including biometrics. The interface is clean, and it’s easy to store and share passwords securely with others if needed. It just works without getting in your way, which is exactly what I want in a password manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional syncing issues between devices, which can be a bit frustrating when trying to access passwords on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper solves the problem of remembering and managing tons of passwords. I don’t have to write them down, reuse weak ones, or worry about forgetting them. It saves everything securely in one place and fills in login info for me, which saves time and reduces stress. It also helps me spot weak or reused passwords so I can fix them. Overall, it makes staying secure online way easier.
Keeper
What do you like best about the product?
I use it for work and I love the fact that I can store virtually everything in Keeper. I can share records with other co-workers. I even have the option to use Keeper for personal use, to which I use everyday. I have Keeper on my laptop, cell phone and even on my tablet. Importing passwords from a different location was very easy to use. I use the user portal as well as the admin portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I use Keeper on a daily basis all day long, I have not found anything that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not run into any problems with the product
Best password manager out there
What do you like best about the product?
The featureset and ecosystem for Keeper is superb. We have Password Manager for employees, Secrets Manager for our software to use an API to securely store and retrieves passwords, and Keeper Connections Manager for remotely logging into our systems. The admin dashboard is very good for managing the organization, teams, and employees. The UIs are well planned out and make it easy and enjoyable to use. My account manager and his support staff have always been very helpful and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to really dislike. It's a great product honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper Password Manager serves to store all of our passwords in one place for our employees to easily use and apply for cybersecurity and convenience.
Easy to use password manager for team collaboration and credentials sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper introduced Real Time thread monitoring, improwed browser extension features and privileged access management. With KeeperAI we are now more confident with automatically detecting real time attacks and unauthorized access as sessions have been monitored in real time with the application of thread classidication.
What do you dislike about the product?
More improvements in area of integration with other tools.. In addition, it wouldbhelp if there was an option for better control of password auto fill feature as it is sometimes anoying and even intrusive. We would prefer more manual control over this feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since this is a cloud based solution, it is much easier to get the access to shared credentials and manage passwords with our team members. In adition, the option of injecting the password by using web browser plugin was very valuable.
Excellent Product

The couple of times I called support, it was a little cumbersome but the issues were resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password sharing w/in the team.

single platform to keep all in place
What do you like best about the product?
ability to store everything at one palce- credit cards, login info, new hire login details
What do you dislike about the product?
I think its little bit expensive. I am sure other tools are expensive as well but its like one of the factor which adds up quickly when number of users increases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
safely sharing any private information.
Greatest password manager available right now!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Keeper is literally everything. The ability to one-time share passwords, zero-trust, KeeperFill browser extension to auto-fill logins. Keeper is easy to use and easy to train users on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the worst downside is that if a user totally forgets their login information, no one is able to recover their account. This is 100% by design but it does not make this particular case any easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper is enabling our users to create random individual passwords for each of their accounts. It also allows for an easier off-boarding process to help the transfer of knowledge/accounts to new users coming onboard.
Extremely Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and rollout. Used daily by our staff. Keeper training videos are extremely helpful in onboarding users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing from CSV does not give users the chance to remove passwords they do not want to import - this would be useful as some users were keeping their personal and business passwords in the same document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees were keeping passwords unsecured in csv files - this moves us away from that
