What do you like best about the product?
I find Kiteworks very easy to use, especially when sending large documents, and it's easy to navigate even for beginners. I only needed one tutorial, and walking through it was straightforward. I also appreciate that the link is accessible to different companies across the board to access needed information that is shared. Logging in was quick and easy, and I prefer using Kiteworks over other tools like MShare.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not have any dislikes. Ease and quick
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kiteworks makes it easy to send large documents, solving the issue of transmitting large zip files and allowing sharing across different companies.
