What do you like best about the product?
I love Kiteworks' robust security features and compliance controls. It works especially well in giving me control over sensitive data sharing and tracking access. Plus, integrating it with existing workflows is pretty smooth. I also appreciate how Kiteworks plays nice with other tools, like Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce, making securing data exchanges seamless. The setup was pretty smooth too, with responsive support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kiteworks is solid, but sometimes the interface can feel a bit clunky. I would love if they tweaked the UI for smoother navigation. Also, more customization options for compliance templates would be great.

I enjoy that Kiteworks keeps files secure while still making it easy to share. I also like how it organizes file management and notifications. Organized file management helps me quickly find the documents I need without wasting time. The notifications feature turns secure data exchange into a controlled, transparent, and responsive experience, keeping me informed and in control. Once set up properly, day-to-day operations become much smoother. I find Kiteworks to be strong, secure, and reliable for sensitive or regulated data, providing excellent visibility and governance features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kiteworks is powerful and secure, but it trades simplicity for control. Improving UI simplicity, onboarding, and smarter default settings would make the experience even better, especially for non-technical and external users. The initial configuration and slightly steep onboarding for new users prevent a perfect score.
