Great UI/UX
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user-friendly and easy to start using.
What do you dislike about the product?
The procedure of creating email automation is a bit challenging in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital record makes information sharing easier. Also, prevent wrong info because of human writing.

I like the part in one click. It goes directly to the role it belongs to.

I like everything but I guess going up and down is a problem sometimes.

I like that all of our Operations, Revenue, and Promotions data can be kept in one place.

There isn't much we don't like, this has been a great tool!

We keep our financial information, customer service records, department projects as well as meeting information on separate bases. There is much more than that, but that names a few.

Airtable is extremely easy to use, has so many use cases, I use it as regular database, forms, even creating simple landings

I wish more features were available for free accounts

On-cloud database management, it can generate several different views, is easy to share with others and to have my data available whenever and wherever I need it
Love the customizability!
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is fantastic, and I love the constant update of new features. I really feel they take their customers' feedback seriously. I brought Airtable over from my previously organization because I love the tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish I could share a base and give external folks editing privileges without making them billable collaborators. We've had to add a 3rd party tool for that.

Collaborating across and within teams, centralizing data storage
Great for cross-dept work
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable helps us to keep processes clear and records neat. We do a lot of work across departments and sharing boards makes it easier for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still pretty unsure about Interfaces and how to best utilize them. I'm not a visual learner so I have trouble seeing how it should go together best. Would love to have templates for it instead.

Making sure departments aren't recreating the wheel on shared projects.
My accounting/spreadsheets/mini-databases made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how versatile Airtable is! I keep all sort of data there, including my accounting. It's the perfect tool for me as a small entrepreneur. I also love that it's online and accessible from all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish formulas were easier to use, as in excel: =A+B For accounting, it would be amazingly helpful. I don't see anything else to improve, it's really perfect for my use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to have detailed info about my 100+ products in a glimpse. It was impossible to manage with Excel and moving the data to Airtable made it so easy. It saves me a lot of time and gives me a lot of insight about my own products.

Super clean graphics and design that make data organization a breeze to look through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. Maybe if I think of something I'll submit another review.
