What do you like best about the product?
I use Airtable to manage and track invoices, and it has made the process much more organized. I like how easy it is to store invoice details, attach PDF files, track payment status, and filter records whenever I need them. The interface is clean and simple, so it's easy to find information and collaborate with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, setting up the tables and automations took a little time to understand. Some advanced features also require a paid plan, but once everything is configured, it works smoothly and is easy to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps me keep all invoice-related information in one place instead of managing multiple spreadsheets. It makes it easy to track payments, organize invoice records, and quickly find the information I need. This saves time, reduces manual work, and helps our team stay organized throughout the invoicing process.

The automations and the UI are what I like most. It’s easy to navigate, and overall the performance feels fast and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing: I wish they would offer discounts. I'm only using the free version for now because of budget constraints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps organize information, projects, and workflows in one place, making it much easier to collaborate with a team and keep track of tasks. Instead of relying on multiple spreadsheets and scattered documents, we can centralize everything in a single, customizable workspace. Hmm, maybe it’s the price per user. With a big team, it’s hard to afford paying for everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Airtable for its flexibility and ability to design any workflow or business process we need. The UI is great for data filtering, as it is easy to find the data I'm looking for with intuitive filters that allow me to filter relevant data in seconds. Airtable's most crucial part for us is the time billing and tracking of projects, keeping everything 100% organized and preventing errors in billing and email chaos. It's a rare piece of software that is well-rounded with a good interface and experience. Additionally, I appreciated the plenty of videos on YouTube that helped me find the right information during the initial setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing much really. Free tier is very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable organizes all our processes, managing time tracking, billing, CRM, quotes, and project management seamlessly. It prevents billing errors and email clutter, offering great flexibility and a user-friendly UI for quick data filtering.
