Airtable Saved us Thousands
What do you like best about the product?
Having firms auto-populate into our full customizable grids is time saving!

No real complaints with how the software works for us.

We suffered from a lot of human error with manual data input. That is completely done now.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business automation of internal processes. It is easy to edit and update these as workflows change.
Very easy and intuitive to use; robust for all my needs for planning campaigns and tracking data

Ability to share with colleagues seamlessly; the ease of collaboration and most importantly the time savings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting data from Airtable for use offline is not as intuitive as it should be. This could be made better by having an easy export button in the menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity and efficiency in managing events, campaigns and tracking data related to performance. I have benefited from time savings and having easy access to information in all devices with adaptable apps.
Airtabl has allowed me to organize my thoughts. I would recommend this app to anyone.

The userface is extremely good allowing me to creatively put my thoughts together.

I do not like the expenses for airtable. I am limited to the amount of things I can create and that should change.

They are making it more user friendly allowing easier navigation and utilization of the app.

we can start for free and test the product thats the main reason we liked and now we use it everyday replace our old ms excel sheets to input all data, also we like cloudbased

there were a few things we did not liked because it was a bit confusing when deleting raw or add, did not find a way to add a bunch of raws same time, we had to add them one by one

Add data to spreadsheets online. And keep them organized into tables and use color codes to separate data points. We can share links with teams or clients some data we want them to see.

Not much. I wish I could use my credits throughout all my databases.

I track everything in airtable, even my tax stuff.
CRM/Data Bases/Spreadsheets done right
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many helpful use cases for tracking data and information, and the ease of use makes getting started a breeze with plenty of room to go deeper as you go!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the advanced features are confusing, and I'd like more options for types of data in the fields. I'd love for instance to be able to group dates by day of the week and month, but am only able to do this through a complicated custom formula.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have data I regularly want to track that I later want to organize or analyze. Working as an independent contractor for instance, i keep track of all my projects and can see where I'm making money and where I'm not.

What do you like best about the product?
Excel-like UI makes users easy to start using. Especially the funciton of copy and paste multiple cells from/to existing excel at once.

What do you dislike about the product?
cannot set access rights per field.
cannot search from other fields at lookup cells.
for example, table A lookup table B with ID --> I can search table A's record by ID but not other fields.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Internal communication using excel but linked files are needed to be saved other folder.
- Development of dashboard for other systems from scratch. Now I can set up quickly by integrating with Airtable and sharing views with external clients.

Transforming Digital Learning and Teaching Using Airtable
What do you like best about the product?
At Victoria University of Wellington we are using Airtable to enable the design of innovative new hybrid courses, and project manage our migration to Canvas, our new modern digital learning environment. When we scaled our team from 5 to 42 staff for this project, the ability to track progress across all 2700 course migrations, and create data and reports when needed by Faculty leadership, became critical. Airtable simplified this process for us, let us import and utlise our own course data, and ensured we could present and update our data in an intuitive and meaningful way. It has been an absolute lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been no issues or problems in our use of Airtable. I really look forward to being able to share insights publically though, or to named viewers without a license. This is a great new functionality!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is helping us scale our team and manage major projects with ease. Our primary problem in past projects was collecting the right data at the right time to share with leadership on the progress and impact of the project on Faculty and students. We now have that ability with Airtable to collect and disseminate information and visual data, which has been amazing.
Game changing for our business
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, user friendly even for non developers - we are able to make complex dashboards that do not require code yet uses many of the similar logic as spreadsheets. Low barrier to entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be costly after a certain scale as it charges per user. Can be overwhelming when you first start using it but it doesn't take too long to figure out. Highly recommend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating complex dashboards and views with a lot of integrations that don't need any coding knowledge. Takes less time and money than hiring a developer.
