What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact airtable holds more info more dynamically. Also that it has the ability to send automatic updates and emails when projects are completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit complicated and since our department is new, I'd have to build from scratch. I'm hoping someone in another department will share their system so I can use it as a template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That it holds more information than other systems.
Great all-purpose database constructor with zero code
What do you like best about the product?
I can create almost any framework for task management, knowledge base, inventory handling, you name it. And I can make it quickly and conveniently.
What do you dislike about the product?
One time I lost an entire database with track records of my allergy occurrences - it had a 3 or 4 years history. I still don't know how and why the database was removed. Since DB removal is irreversible, I can't restore it and see which actions led to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Prototyping. When I deal with a situation with lots of entities involved, I try to model everything in Airtable before anything else
2. Tracking things. I used to track my allergy occurrences and sickness of other kinds, spending and earnings, physical activity

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I can get to what I need in seconds. Creating a new database takes minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to be able to link Airtable to other applications like mail merge without dumping a txt file first.

Extremely Customizable, Integrative Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is very customizable, which allows us to build the exact database and components we need to track out unique KPIs and information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable is an open box, so it's easy to get caught up in all the possibilities and not know where to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is constantly updating its templates and systems, which helps us figure out new ways to capitalize on its capabilities.

I love all the user-friendly, clean, and simple yet effective ways Airtable allows you to manage just about everything.

I have no dislikes. We're using Airtable internally and with our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable as a CRM, for content management, for process and organization internally and for our clients. We use Airtable to manage and track outreach, comp plans, hours, etc.
Best tool developed for start ups that can't make investments in an traditional ERP!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, it is extremely friendly to a non-coder. All the functionality is merged into a single app for managing data. There is no competitor out there as long as I know.
What do you dislike about the product?
for now, I think the price is slightly high for start ups out of the US. I think there should be plans for start up that will have a lot of entries but not so many automations.

I stop to feel intimidated by data with AirTable
What do you like best about the product?
I love how pretty AirTable is. It could sound too simple, but the look helps to present the data so I can see the whole picture and enjoy working with the table every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would be happy to have the possibility to share the database or make it open so many people can make changes there. Maybe it could be done via a form when you can submit the form and update the answer you already submitted. What I mean by all of this. I would like to give the link to my clients on the table where they can update their tracking and progress. For example, my clients could post weekly updates and see the whole group's progress in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps me to work with the data and store it all in one place. I do not need to sort the data by different filters back and forth, because I could create different data views. No more multiple tables; everything is in one place and presented beautifully and neatly.

Great database for connecting different data sets. I'm able to track my entire client database in this tool.

This is less of an issue with Airtable and more just database management in general -- it requires upkeep!

Easy to use and explore tool. It facilitates team integration, with tracking of goals and projects and transparency of the progress of each person and project. The great generation of insights and identification of patterns and problems.

High monthly fee. Limitation on the number of automation, in addition to the fact that when there are too many, the tool crashes and makes it difficult to run the automation and create new automation on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is both very powerful and very useable. We are able to harness the power of a relational database, while ensuring that lawyers, paralegals, students and others can all contribute.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Airtable. I would probably tweak small things about it, but even some of those issues are being improved over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable to keep our time records, to maintain discovery logs in litigation, to maintain our firm contacts list, and to serve as our go-to database platform where our cases require managing large sets of information.
