We used Airtable for EVERYTHING at my startup
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and linear way we could design process that we used for project management, order fullfullment, customer support, and ticketing, daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost too customizeable, sometimes it was hard to tell where to start or what we SHOULD be using it for vs COULD be using it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly AirTable can be and of course, the aesthetics. I use AirTable to manage my client information, client processes, projects, KPIs, personal finances, and content management. It's pretty intense and incredible as to how I'm able to use it for so many different purposes. And I would say that it was pretty easy to start with, and I didn't need to reach out to the support team or look for templates to help set it up for what I needed it to do. I use it very regularly, so I keep it pinned to my taskbar and is a part of my opening sequence in the morning. I have it integrated with Gmail so when my content is ready to publish, it send me the email on the day that it's planned and I literally just copy and paste. But it's also a really great reminder and alternative to social media scheduling apps since I prefer to manually post on my own anyways. I also integrate it with my coaching platform, Practice Better, so that when I get new clients, they're easily added into my client information tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there are two downsides for me: Interface and the lack of Docs. The interface section was difficult to learn, and I think if I knew how to use it, it would probably be a cool feature but it's SO hard. And in my business, I use a lot of templates to streamline my workflow but I needed a note section or doc feature and AirTable doesn't have that. I've tried just writing it into a cell but it doesn't give the same aesthetics and it's hard to navigate in that sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having 99% of my systems in one app which has been helpful in cutting down the time spent on everything else as a solopreneur.

It's priority tasks as per the requirements which make it easy to work on the most important tasks in no time

Abit hectic when one could not close the tasks as we need to dolls multiple forms but it otherwise help's to update the tasks in the detailed manner so that it could be easy for the next person to understand the contex

What do you like best about the product?
I like this outstanding database and cloud collaboration platform. Its easy-to-implement, got lots of wonderful features good for project management, coordination, teamwork and delivery. Have found it integrates well with productivity tools like Asana and Slack. Which greatly simplifies workflow. Looks like a solution we will be using frequently for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first was a challenge to get about it. Steep learning curve and all. But user support has always been there to guide us. So no real complaints. It's good enough.

Basically it solves the challenge of task and project management, collaboration and coordination, teamwork and workflow management for us. Through connection platforms that simplify processes, streamline operations.

Airtable is easy to use and has all the functionality or excel and a database. We use it for many different things . Onboarding staffs right through to actual end user software we provide.

It's not really designed for mass scale/ real time solutions. Overall it's a great tool with limits.

What do you like best about the product?
It is highly customizable and easy to use. I use it as a form, CRM, and task manager and it's damn easy to implement and track the output. It supports integration with all the major business tools with helpful resources and good support.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as disliking, I am quite satisfied with Airtable and found nothing to disappoint with.

It helps me manage the internal database along with tracking tasks efficiently. Sometimes it also works as a data source on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has many futures to meet our services. The features are well presented and designed making it easier to operate. Airtable is mach flexible, shifting place to place thus saves time.

In use for two years, we have not yet discovered any dislike, Airtable has been a platform to have for our Project Management.
