What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is one of the few digital programs that allows you to create virtual work applications based on your data and information related to your work operations, improving automation and productivity across your entire field of work.
In addition, I can also say that Airtable stands out for its interactive and simple initial registration, facilitating the implementation of its virtual resources and improving the execution of all your virtual work processes.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything negative related to Airtable's digital features and capabilities, my experience using all of its work features has been positive, professional and secure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is the digital program that has allowed me to design and create the most useful and versatile applications to manage all my work processes in an advanced and productive way, improving the execution of all my virtual operations and facilitating the automation of technical tasks.
Airtable Keeps Assignments and Updates Centralized and Easy to Track
What do you like best about the product?
I use Airtable as an operational layer so I’m not scattered across emails, messages and loose excel sheets. I’ve set it up with basic databases, for resources, special assignments and waitlists, with views well filtered by status (confirmed, under review and so on). At a minimum, I am able to log in 5 minutes prior to a meeting and view all open case assignments without having to dig through email chain history. I re-enter RAs' updates into the system to record them in one centralized database location, allowing coordinators to view tasks by due date and person responsible without opening multiple excel sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is a formal update to our main housing system and I forget to duplicate this update within Airtable, inconsistencies show up and information may be out of date. I'm aware I am only using the software at approximately 70% capacity, I could further automate functionality and develop more structured relationships between tables, but this would take hours of focused work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generally there are numerous minor issues that did not justify an immediate formal ticket creation within the institutional system such as, minor complaints, pending furniture requests, etc.; all of these types of items have a designated place within Airtable. The primary benefit of implementing Airtable was clarity, I login, select program and status and it's there. In our team meetings, we spend less time attempting to recall what occurred and more time discussing what to do.

What do you like best about the product?
The technical performance and functionality of Airtable's digital capabilities are remarkable and high quality, allowing you to create new and improve applications for your work environment, ensuring increased compliance and operational efficiency across all your work functions.

I like how all of Airtable's digital functions work and run and I have positive comments about the performance of all its functions due to their quality and operational efficiency.

In my field of work I have managed to created and structure new and modern work applications that allow me to automate repetitive processes and tasks using Airtable's digital functions, improving the management of each of my operations and business objectives.

What do you like best about the product?
The "Interface Designer" of Airtable has completely changed how my team interacts with data. The AI integration added recently is surprisingly practical, we use it to automatically tag incoming customer feedback and summarize long project briefs into bullet points for the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more robust "sandbox" more for testing new automations without affecting love production data on the lower-tier plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides customization without Devs- It allows our non-technical managers to build their own tools. If they need a new gallery view for a photoshoot, they can build it in 5 minutes without waiting for a developer's ticket.

My experience using Airtable's digital features and solutions has been effective and advanced, I like the performance and digital security it offers and I have no complaints about its technical quality.

I have obtained great benefits and technical advantages in managing my work processes with Airtable's AI features, it is now much easier to customize my technical activities and implement new and improved virtual work applications.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Airtable to create forms for my research studies and for employees to rate their experience in the company. I love the great onboarding and find the platform very easy to use. The interface is interactive, allowing dynamic questions that users really enjoy and trust. Airtable's customer service is amazing, and I appreciate how easy it is to create forms and design dynamic questions. The UX/UI design is much better than Google Forms, and I like that field controls depend on user choices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Airtable to learn from my previous answers to some fields or other fields that may be relevant when applying for grants or accelerator applications and try to fill it using AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable to create dynamic, interactive forms for research and employee feedback. It solves the issue of static forms and offers AI-enabled insights, changing form dynamics effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The Interface Designer has been a game-changer for our executive reporting. I can pull complex data from multiple bases and present it in a clean, high-level dashboard without our leadership team ever having to touch the raw data.

The learning curve is real. While it's easy to start a basic grid, tracking about linked records, rollups, and formula syntax takes time.

We've eliminated the "version control" nightmare of having 15 different spreadsheets for one campaign with Airtable.

What I dislike about Airtable is that once you start building more complex setups, it can get a bit overwhelming and sometimes feels limited compared to a full database system. Features like advanced reporting or deeper automation often require third‑party integrations or paid plans, which can be frustrating if you’re trying to keep things simple and cost‑effective. It’s great for flexibility, but scaling up can expose those gaps

Airtable is solving the problem of scattered information and rigid tools that don’t adapt well to different workflows. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, project trackers, and separate databases, Airtable brings everything together in one flexible platform. For me, that means I can organize projects, track progress, and connect related data without needing multiple apps or complicated setups. It benefits me by saving time, reducing confusion, and giving me a clear view of what’s happening across different tasks. The ability to customize views—like switching between a grid, calendar, or kanban board—makes it easier to manage work the way I prefer, while still keeping everything centralized and easy to update.
