Airtable has given us the opportunity to work smarter, not harder and improve efficiency.
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable allows our team to improve processes we implement across the company so there is less manual tasks.
I love that we are able to connect to slack for automations and especially like the button feature to upade fields within Airtable.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features I wish we could improve upon in Airtable that I've expressed to our Account Managers in the past.
I wish there was an easier way to allow external users to update a form response within the same record. The process it takes to create this is extremely time consuming and complicated.
I wish there was a cleaner way of organizing Org Charts within Airtable. We use the Org Chart extension but don't like that it is a PDF. I would like to see more examples of how other companies use Airtable for their Org Charts.

Great database tool for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who's always juggling multiple projects, Airtable has been a game-changer for me, especially with its intuitive and easy-to-use interface. Even if you don’t have any database experience, it feels familiar—kind of like a spreadsheet but with way more capabilities. I love how customizable it is; I can create fields, organize data in a way that makes sense to me (whether that's in a grid, calendar, or Kanban format), and even set up relational tables without needing to be tech-savvy. Plus, Airtable’s Interface feature allows everyone on my team to view data the way they prefer, which is a huge win for collaboration.
Speaking of collaboration, Airtable makes it super easy to work with others in real-time. You can leave comments, tag people, assign tasks, and track progress, which keeps everyone on the same page. The different views—whether you’re using the Kanban board for visualizing tasks, the calendar for deadlines, or the gallery for something like a photo catalog—give you so much flexibility depending on the project. And let’s not forget the automations! I’ve saved so much time by setting up automated workflows, and it integrates seamlessly with tools like Google Workspace and Slack, which I already use.
For beginners, the selection of pre-built templates is a lifesaver. It’s perfect for getting started quickly without feeling overwhelmed, which I really appreciated when I first began using it.

What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I enjoy using Airtable, there are definitely a few limitations that stand out. While it's fantastic for beginners, it can feel a bit basic for more advanced needs. If you're looking for complex querying or need to manage larger-scale operations, Airtable might not have all the features you’d expect from a more powerful database tool.
One specific frustration I’ve had is with its Interfaces. For example, you can't create a calendar that pulls data from two different tables, which feels really limiting when you're trying to get a full picture of overlapping projects or timelines. It forces you to work within some pretty tight constraints.
Another downside is the lack of offline access. Airtable requires an internet connection to function, which can be a real drawback if you need to work on the go or in places where Wi-Fi is spotty. I’ve definitely run into a few situations where I wished I could make updates or check something without being online.

Airtable is solving the problem of organizing our programs and projects in a way that’s both structured and flexible. It allows us to design our workflows exactly how we need them, whether it’s tracking tasks, deadlines, or resources. The ability to customize tables, views, and fields means we can tailor it to fit our specific processes, which keeps everything streamlined and easy to manage. The Customizable Solution We Needed!
What do you like best about the product?
When I couldn't find an existing product that suited our business needs, Airtable became the perfect solution. Its high level of customization allowed us to create exactly what we needed, and its user-friendly interface made the process much smoother than expected. I particularly appreciate the robust automations—it has streamlined so many of our workflows.
If I ever have questions, I can usually find answers quickly through Airtable’s extensive Support articles or from the active Airtable community.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I don’t have many complaints, I would love to see an Airtable and Notion integration in the future. That would take the platform to the next level for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is helping us address the need for a highly flexible project management and database solution that fits our unique business requirements. Before using Airtable, we struggled to find a ready-made product that could manage our workflows without forcing us to adapt to rigid structures or use multiple tools to do so. Airtable’s customizable features have allowed us to create a solution tailored to our exact needs.
our go-to tool for staying organized
What do you like best about the product?
The customization abilities on Airtable makes it easy to create bases to support project management workflow, CRM, tracking, and checklists! It is easy to use and can be as simple or complex as you build it. It has helped us stay organized and we continue to use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more calculation abilities like Excel or GoogleSheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role as VP of Finance, there are lots of processes with many steps. I use Airtable to keep those checklists organized and track progress. This helps me be efficient with my time and to report on the status of projects and tasks.
The best creation ever
What do you like best about the product?
I promise, literally everything.. I have never seen a platform as good as this. It is revolutionary and its completely changing our business for the better. We use it all the time and are trying to use it for everything. It is super easy to use and set up. Customer support is very helpful and it is also very easy to integrate into our work lives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing a lot of costs, removing about 3 services that we pay for. It also helps automate a lot of our business operations allowing us to succeed at a faster rate.
Airtable is my secret sauce for scaling an efficient content machine
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Airtable for nearly a decade across workplaces to manage content calendars, PR plans, marketing directories and much more. What I love most is the ability to enter information once and present it in multiple views depending on my stakeholder. Airtable is user-friendly and intuitive, so it's easy to introduce to team members as we've grown. We started with Airtable's templates and have built a space that our lean content team uses daily to plan hundreds of deliverables.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've faced roadblocks with automations and integrations with our project management software. Using Zapier, we were able to move records to Wrike but were limited on formatting options. This hasn't been a detractor from our use. As our team has grown, the per user pricing has become another hurdle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use airtable as an integrated content calendar and record-keeping for award applications, PR calendars, keyword lists etc. We're able to enter content ideas once as a record and easily shift it around on a calendar and provide multiple views to multiple stakeholders without having to create new decks. We like to plan our content in Airtable and then assign it in our project management system. This has helped us clear out ideas from our project management platform, so it's only the day to day work that has been prioritized. Meanwhile, Airtable allows us to have a record of every piece of content in the works at any stage. Thanks to colorcoding and view customization, we can share our plans in meaningful ways to our teams and leadership. The biggest impact? Airtable has helped my team and I build trust within our team and across our organization, allowing us to scale more efficiently and prove our success.
Airtable is an amazing tool to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibilitiy, especially with automations. I can pretty much do anything I want if I can figure out how to make it happen in an automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels hard to clean up. When you have a lot of data and you want to make large changes, it feels dangerous, and it's not clear if I can undo things, which makes me hesitant to make big changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to pull in data from Jira and Salesforce and use various mappings and groupings to route work to the appropriate members of the appropriate team. So we use Airtable the bring the data from different sources together and we use automations (mostly via webhook pings from Jira) to figure out where a ticket belongs and route it accordingly. We also use Airtable to analyze all of our data. How many tickets are we completing and how fast? Tickets per client, per type, etc. We have tons of things we analyze using Airtables automations + interfaces.
Airtable Can do it all...almost
What do you like best about the product?
I love the no-code customization. I love the admin panel and how easy it is to monitor user usage for 100+ users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Airtable was more ADA-compliant. I also dislike how hard it is to get support from Airtable support staff. I often get no response at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has helped our company create a universal platform without restrictions allowing our partners to send referrals across regional mapping.
Airtable had been my #1 tool for 10+ years
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of Airtable has allowed me to introduce it as a tool to every role I've worked in the last 10 years. I've primarily been apart of small businesses or non-profits that lack systematized processes. Airtable's ease-of-use, dependability, automations, and more has improved the efficiency and operations of each organization I've assisted.
What do you dislike about the product?
They used to have a much more extensive template library. It was both their own creation and adoptions from their own users that all members could replicate and implement. While they still have this, it's not as extensive.
Additionally, it does have some limitations. In my current role, we parted with Asana in efforts to consolidate to one SaaS with Airtable. However, Airtable's ability to manage an individual's tasks and workload pales in comparison to Asana. We wish they had an easier way to set up recurring tasks. We have attempted to replicate it but it requires an extensive amount of knowledge and loopholes.

It's eliminated our need for multiple platforms. We've managed to unsubscribe from Asana, Zendesk, Buffer and more as we've adopted the use of Airtable.
It's streamlined systems and processes and allows for documentation of the processes along the way.
