Very simple and secure program.
What do you like best about the product?
Using this platform I can organize our work in a very easy way. I like that platform because we can work more cooperation for individual projects and group of all style. The very useful platform which helps us to use this product for coordinate launches, plan new features, settle research, and stay on the one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, I'm not complaining about that product. I really like all working process. Every step going well. Till now everything is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this platform, we use it for all generally projects and were able to make the exact working process and appearance we needed via the team. We can get a much more concrete snapshot of our working group, enabling us to staff people to the right projects and giving them excellent ability to increase.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Airtable is wonderful software which easies to use. You will have the ability to coordinate, plan new features, organize explore. Ideas become reality quicker with this software.
Good interface
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Airtable is its quality. It is convenient and easy to use without sacrificing too much functionality. This allows the user to create a database from scratch or use predefined templates that allow for rapid development. The basics are intuitively laid out, so that when you first use it, you configure it quickly and clearly
What do you dislike about the product?
If the company is big, the price justifies itself, but for a small company it would be desirable to price cheaper. Also, it would be nice to have a downloadable version of the desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I use this to manage the workload in my team, as well as to manage content and manage individual projects. It was easy to work in my team, and different views were useful, so they could only see their tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easy to use Airtable, the interface is so intuitive that many functions are understood at a subconscious level. It's nice to have an Airtable for simplicity, simplicity and clarity.
Excellent planning tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy tool to organize, plan, coordinate upcoming content, events, campaigns, websites and other projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool does not allow you to link items from different bases, only can link items from tables within the same base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps everyone and everything stay organized and helps us stay on track of projects, makes it easier to plan and organize content and campaigns. Project and task management is much easier. Airtable allows the marketing team to have a single place to keep track of everything that's going on and coming up so we can see timelines and statuses, assess bandwidth, identify gaps in content/campaigns, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with using some of the templates they provide as they are really helpful when you are just getting started. Then you can modify your own bases/tables to meet your own needs. If you are using Airtable to collaborate with team members, make sure that everyone is updating their own items as this tool will only be beneficial if it is kept up to date and people are checking in on it.
Software that Does It All
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to use it for several of our systems. We've been able to cancel several third party services and replace them with just Airtable and Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few functions I wish it had like Google Sheet when it comes to calculations, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, SOP/Processes Library, Mertics

The ability to have multiple platforms in multiple areas using the information in the spreadsheets at once, and keep it all realtime.

Review the videos and how to aids. I did trial and error method and made it much longer than necessary for learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable Airtable is. You can literally organize and connect any piece of information.

I dislike the limited amount of templates

The very easy way to control anything that you need.
What do you like best about the product?
The better and faster way to work from anywhere and with everyone. I can make my daily routine makes much organize. Very comfortable that I can easy to edit, comment, and cooperate in online with our mobile and desktop apps. Also, I would like to add that all changes are directly synced via everyone’s devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any bad comments about that product. As for me, I like all working process with adding and tracking system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are very glad that using Airtable. With this platform, we have a strong help which always gives to us the ability to handle any content. We can add attachments, a small flag, long text message or links to documentation in another spreadsheet. We guess that we have everything that we need for productive work.

Definitely good software. That program will allow you to have to filter and sort a lot of work needs. You will have all arrange at working steps how you wanted. Also, you will have the opportunity to work and monitor all process from any place where you are can be.
Easy to use project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that this platform is so easy to use and that the data can link quickly across tables. That provides a wealth of data with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several features I'd love to use, but they're on the paid versions, not the free offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently using this to manage workload across my team, as well as for content management and individual project/task management. It's been easy to onboard my team, and the different views have been helpful so they can see only their assignments.

Definitely give this a try. Hundreds of uses, from business to personal, and you can tailor it to exactly what you need. Free trial, so no harm in trying it!
Very cool visual database
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable makes it easy to keep track of all of our data and content information. It also provides excellent integration capabilities, such as Slack and Jira. We use it to aggregate all of our partnerships and feeds through various partnerships, and it makes collecting the information and visualizing it--at a glance--super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the most intuitive interface to see, for first-time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allows us to make several disconnected systems communicate with each other. Without Airtable, for example, we would have a difficult time knowing the status of development projects in Jira, alongside available media to use for the same various projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the Slack integration! That is one feature that we couldn't live without and it's a pretty seamless integration. All in all, Airtable is a great product that has a lot of potential.
Incredible Task Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As an Operations Manager at a startup where process and rules are changing on a daily basis, AirTable has helped me organize my task list and manage my "internal clients" and their massive expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a beginning user, so I may just be missing available tools, but I'd like to be able to trigger reminders when due dates are coming up for certain sprints/projects. Other than that, AirTable is even more helpful that I imagined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and expectation setting. It has allowed me to group my projects together in multiple helpful views and let other teams realize exactly what I was working on, what my priorities were, and why some requests take longer than they hoped/expected.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Amazing organizational tool that has helped increase my productivity and held me accountable for work in a positive way. If you work for a startup where requests and priorities change on a daily basis, AirTable is especially helpful for keeping track of everything.
