What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can create unlimited workshops
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the UI for the paid services aren't too much better than the original UX experience. particular when you are creating custom forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm creating client project logs, documenting sales, creating analysis for forecasts as well as hosting CRMs.

What do you like best about the product?
The Airtable is one type of digital excel which helps the user to integrate with their respective webpage/websites. Also it helps me in the process of recruitment in my startup. The recruitment become a very easy job when you can access the airtable
What do you dislike about the product?
To understand the airtable is not everyones cup of tea as it is very difficult to understand the whole. It takes me literally a month or more to grasp it. Also It is a bit complicated however it did help me to resolve the my bottlenecks

The data management problem is a major concern for me and I am solving with the help of the airtable.

It's a little overwhelming at first to plan it out, but once you get into it, it's easy!
I do wish that it integrated with Salesforce. I would like to be able to pull in some info that needs to live there.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to create "libraries" of content and share it with my whole company in a way that's easy to search on multiple levels.
This tools versatility is spectacular.
What do you like best about the product?
I've used this product from personal use to business use, from collaborating with colleagues within my organization to collaborating with outside vendors on data. I like that It is versatile and flexible to meet the needs of so many of the circumstances in which I utilize the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that pricing is a bit odd and the hierarchy doesn't scale well. For instance, why is the pricing just for a singular work space and not for all the work spaces that I've setup?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to increase collaboration, change management, and it fits several niche applications.

Even at the free level, this tool has been very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable replaces all those shared google sheets that end up looking like a mess and are hard to manage. Airtable allows you to have as many different bases/projects as you need, with lots of different formats. I love that their are pre-designed templates for virtually any need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable has so many options that it can be a little daunting if Google sheets is all you've ever used to manage campaigns/contacts/content. But it is worth switching to, even with the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable makes it so easy to share images, copy, lists, and more with the rest of your team. You can create rules so that everything shows up on a calendar, or set up labels so you can tell at a glance what is coming up and what is complete.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you struggle with scheduling and planning content, Airtable is your answer. I wouldn't consider using any other program for our marketing calendar and content planning.
A platform to manage all your projects from the same place through the internet
What do you like best about the product?
The instructions for use from the registry are very clear, no member of my team has reported to me that they have trouble understanding it, they are very complete to manage all the operations of the company, on many occasions one does not know how to take control of the projects and what indicators should be taken into account to support the team, in airtable we stay informed and know that there we can find out about the work that is being done in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost per user is almost 2 times more expensive than the software we used to manage tasks of the development team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of their lists of activities we have accelerated the location of tasks and make a mapping of the areas that require more attention, when you have software that only mentions the tasks that you must perform you do not have this complete picture, with airtable I am aware of everything moment of everything that happens with each and every one of the team members and their tasks.
Best tool for everyday tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I can use Airtable for almost everything in my life. Organize my sport team, my to do list at job, Christmas presents, my board game collection. With different views available, it is really simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced fonctions, like linking tables and automatic filling or calculating is hard to master. The help center is difficult to understand for those features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to plan my work.

What do you like best about the product?
Its modern GUI makes working with this software truly a pleasure, its excellent design makes navigating its functions, menus and views a pleasant experience. There are several options to visualize different types of data which help a better appreciation on the part of the user and therefore a better understanding of what they are observing, this adds to the software adaptive capabilities that are so necessary to satisfy even the most demanding of its users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their limited permissions options offered to users is one of the weakest points of Airtable because with a very granular permission group allows users to have better control over how they want to manipulate and have their documents. Because it is not a software specialized only in spreadsheet creation does not offer robust features for this so for users who are used to working with spreadsheet based software this will seem a little featureless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before the incorporation of Airtable I did not find a software that met my needs for various reasons since they were either very limited to only offering spreadsheet functions or were very poor in features, after finding Airtable I knew it was the software for me because it gave me in a unique way everything I needed, a tool that offered more functions than just editing and creating spreadsheets but that met all my organizational needs for personal projects or related to my work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable turns out to be much more than it seems to be, it's certainly not just a software to create spreadsheets because it takes its functionalities further by offering a collaboration environment between colleagues, improves the organization of your work by providing you various options that are shaped to the requirements you may have as a user or as a company. Their customer support is genuinely user-friendly, they give you the right solution to your problems quickly and in a simple way so that any user no matter their technical level can understand.

So easy to use and visually appealing. I can change the layout of notes and tasks depending on what I need. Everyone I have shared Airtable with ended up using it for their project management.

I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are productivity increase, organization, and helping multiple teams be able to view the same sheet to stay on the same page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the free trial and get the feel. Yes, there is a bit of learning curve involved as it is different from many other task management programs. Really set some time aside to play around with it. Make multiple 'workspaces' and see how it feels for your needs.
