Project Management great for marketing use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the color coordination, the options on formating for each table you work with, How you can have different tiles to manage each project separately. The tabs on each project are nice because you can differentiate budget on one and photos on another as in event management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate how there are paid features and others that are free. You need the paid version to add colors to some options. You also cannot highlight within your table, which I wish was possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit is organization. You can gather your thoughts all in one place and keep them all in order. Nothing gets lost when using airtable.
Airtable is great to organize and share files between teams
What do you like best about the product?
Our team can add and edit various marketing materials and share these files with other internal teams through Airtable. We were able to sync Airtable views up to SharePoint sites and most of this sharing becomes a one-touch solution, especially when documents need to be updated or removed.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are in a view and trying to filter to find different documents and another team member pops in to find a separate document. There are times that you will fight over the filter status because there is no indication that someone is active in the view and looking for something. In cases like this, you have to ping the team or wait to find your document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is providing us with a complete repository for all marketing work done by our team, and we can filter out what is shared with the rest of the company by different tags and statuses.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has unparalleled flexibility when it comes to content. The variety of field types, formula functions, and attachment storage capacity means you can get anything into a base precisely the way you want. More recently added features like scripting and automations make the product even more powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nit-picking here, but I'd love to see more powerful formula functions for working with Arrays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've deployed Airtable as both a back-end databse and front-end interface for our CRM needs, enabling our sales team to manage lead flow through our sales funnel quickly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation features in airtable are really easy to use and it requires no coding experience to use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing missing from airtable is matching similar fielda and populating according to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using airtable for automating my entire workflow of business by using integrations like zapier and gmail for advanced options.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can customize each of my boards. In addition, I can collaborate with my team by sharing projects and notes. And the Universe of goodies is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I necessarily dislike it but that I have to pay to share my projects with each of my team members is costly. I would like it to be a flat fee situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of having Airtable is it allows my team and I the opportunity to stay organized with each of our clients. I didn't realized how much it would help us on our day to day operations.

It helps me keep track of assets, their status and inventory.

Sometimes changes are not saved and I have to write it again.

I can register the status and location of every asset of my company and it saves me a lot of time.
A Simple Database Tool You Ever Use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the excellent collaboration support and it let's us and our team easily collaborate. A highly customizable versatile and use-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if you change and customize the workspace appearance and change the dashboard color . It could be great if you add a color picker, where you could pick a custom color with a hex value to match your organization colours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable to manage, track and organizing events. It allows us to stay on top of our assignments. It helps us prevent important tasks from falling through the cracks.

Airtable opens the door towards sales and marketing as it is intergrated with so many social platforms.

It is amazing, certainly find a few flaws. Maybe the amount of customization possible.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to filter through data by selected category and option to narrow it down with added OR and AND formulas. Automatic color-coding on the spreadsheet is also super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't find the way to cut out large chunks of data from my spreadsheet to move it to another tab. Also the added app system is a bit confusing, I am not sure what i am actually able to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple formats in one place. Airtable allows me to attach documents directly to the spreadsheet so I don't have to follow links or look elsewhere. That is a huge bonus over similar database programs.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is both intuitive and pleasant on the eye. Achieving both of those things in a relational database solution is no easy feat. Well done!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations and slowness as databases start to fill with rows/data/files. And some limitations based on level of paid plan.
