What do you like best about the product?
I like that Airtable replies within seconds, which is really helpful. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up, it was ultra easy. I use the AI feature in it for solving math questions and other study-related tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it doesn't reply when it's needed. Just make every reply fast, not just a few replies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable for solving math questions and social studies questions with AI, which enhances my studies.

What I appreciate most about Airtable is its remarkable flexibility. You can begin with a basic spreadsheet and, over time, transform it into a robust system by making use of views, linked records, and automations. The interface is both clean and intuitive, which really helps make collaboration straightforward, even for those who aren't particularly technical.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find frustrating about Airtable is its pricing structure and the restrictions on features. A number of valuable tools, such as advanced automations and increased record limits, are only available on the more costly plans. Additionally, when handling very large or complex datasets, the platform can become sluggish and more difficult to manage.

Airtable addresses the challenge of managing structured information without the need for complicated tools or technical expertise. Instead of relying on scattered spreadsheets, emails, and manual tracking, it provides a single, organized system. For me, this means I save time, make fewer mistakes, and can more easily monitor projects, collaborate with others, and maintain a clear overview of work progress all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is easy to use and quick to implement, with a clean and well organized interface. It integrates smoothly with other tools, offers reliable documentation, and is used frequently for day to day work. It provides a good range of features while remaining cost efficient and simple to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue is with SSO. When multiple users log in using the same SSO, it does not clearly differentiate between users, and activity from one person can affect another. This is a limitation in the base plan and not the enterprise account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helped in managing tasks and tracking progress. It allowed us to retrospect on what was completed and also supported documentation, making work more organized and easier to review.

The layout is intuitive and user-friendly, making it simple to collaborate with team members across different departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the size of the rows quite challenging, as they are very small and difficult to read. If there is a way to adjust the row size, it is not obvious to me.

I use Airtable for project management, content planning, tracking inventory, managing events, and organizing customer relationships. I appreciate that Airtable empowers me to quickly create custom views and efficient workflows. I like that it functions as a hybrid between a spreadsheet and a relational database, allowing me to use two features instead of relying on different software. It dramatically enhances work processes by providing a centralized, dynamic, and flexible data management system. I also use Airtable with automation tools like Zapier and some other no-code tools. I will rate it a 10; it’s a great tool.

I faced some performance issues with very large datasets, including slow processing and memory limits. The initial setup wasn't so hard but took some effort to know everything.

I like the flexible views and customizable fields and interfaced let you adapt it to almost any workflow, integrations and automations are great.

The new look can be a bit overwhelming, I preferred the old look since it had more contrast and it was easier to navigate
