Sprinto makes the Certification process smooth
What do you like best about the product?
From the first encounter, we had the impression that Sprinto knew the process well. They clearly explained the roadmap and Gautam our contact patiently guided us. We posed no question that he did not diligently research and respond to. The software is of excellent quality for the most part. The audit process was zero-touch, as promised.
We are in the second year of our contract and the standard of service has been maintained with our new CSM Simran. Simran has gently guided us through the transition from ISO27001:2013 TO ISO27001:2022.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our issues were minor. We would like Sprinto to automate their MDM DrSprinto to run and upload client data without IT intervention.
In the past few months Sprinto has indeed enhanced the DrSprinto to monitor automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto's best part is It's not noisy once you install it and setup for the first time. It won't bug you like other software silently keeps track of security issues and compliance. It does not even slow down system like other tools we have used
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial installation process could be little smoother although there is no such problem.

The tool should give the user an overview of the requirements for compliance that their organization is trying to get so that they can configure their device as needed.

- the support of Sprinto in handholding wrt SoC 2 and GDPR was impeccable.
- We were able to get both certificates in a very good turn arounf time

- i think that sprinto app once downloaded on my mac runs on the background. This is slightly irritating

We wanted SOC 2 and GDPR as we wanted to launch our SaaS offering to US and Europe. Sprinto was chosen to help us get these compliance. The timelines to get both certificates were bang on.

Some standards, such as screen timeout duration or manually reporting system status, can also be scheduled.

The support team is absolutely fabulous. Answer all my questions in seconds, and provide all the needed information in a timely manner. The system itself is very convenient to use. Everything is transparent and do not require a lot of time to understand on how to use it.

Sometimes bugs occur, but they are fixed fast enough.

It helps us a lot in preparation for SOC 2 Type II audit. It saves a lot of time in preparation activities, it has integrations with different systems we use which speed up the process significantly.

We use Sprinto for Security Compliance and most of our regular security checks are taken care of here, the interface is user friendly and easy to understand.
