What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprinto thought of every detail so that I wouldn't miss anything essential. The support was exceptional. The pricing fit my budget. Integrations were very helpful.

There were no downsides for me. It was very thorough.

The user experience was wonderful and the AI was really helpful for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick one thing I didn't like, it's that some steps still use templates. I'd much prefer a simple form where I can just fill in the details and hit submit. It feels a bit faster than dealing with templates. Even with that, it was still a 5-star experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The “Compliance Mountain”: For a small team, trying to understand the requirements for ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR all at once can feel overwhelming. Sprinto helps by breaking everything down into a clear, manageable checklist.
Sprinto Made Compliance Certification Clear, Structured, and Stress-Free
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how much Sprinto helped simplify what could have been a very overwhelming process. The platform gave us structure, visibility, and a clear path forward, but what stood out most was the support behind it. Our experience felt very hands-on, and having a responsive team to help us work through requirements, evidence, and audit preparation made a huge difference. Sprinto helped us move faster, stay organised, and feel much more confident throughout the certification process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t really have any major dislikes. I found Sprinto to be very intuitive and easy to work through, especially given how complex the compliance and certification process can be. It helped make things feel clear, manageable, and far less overwhelming than I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto solved the problem of trying to manage compliance and certification manually, which would have been far more time-consuming, fragmented, and difficult to keep on top of. It gave us a structured way to manage requirements, evidence, and audit readiness in one place, while also providing visibility into what still needed to be done. The benefit for us was that it reduced complexity, saved a significant amount of time, and helped us move through the certification process with much more confidence and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which we were able to get compliant. Kudos to Afroz for the smooth onboarding and helping us do it this fast.

Nothing, everything was smooth. There are some 1-2 integration bugs which were anyways not relevant.

They got us HIPAA compliant which makes us more credible.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprinto is easy to get started with and very efficient in how it handles compliance. The integrations were seamless, and the onboarding process was quick and structured. The overall experience has been smooth, and the platform continues to evolve with useful features that ultimately improve coverage. It's great that we're using Sprinto for all of our products.

I use Sprinto for SOC2 compliance. It handles security compliance efficiently, makes the onboarding process quick and structured, and offers seamless integrations.
Effortless Automation with an Incredibly Helpful Team
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how the product handled most of the automation, and the team was incredibly helpful, especially Joe Aksharan. It was also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
A Vercel integration would have been really helpful!

Sprinto helped getting SOC2 compliance for some of our enterprise clients.
Easy, Reliable, and Backed by Great Onboarding Support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and reliable. It simply does its job, without any fuss. Their onboarding team is great, helped with all questions very promptly. Ritik Saxena did amazing job. We recently achieved ISO27001 certification and on our way to SOC2.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downside was found. Good value for its price.
