Excellent monitoring tool
What do you like best about the product?
The fact you can follow your business or your clients' activity on social media and online newspapers - makes it a remarkable tool and saves you a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be complicated to find specific tools and sometimes it lags or bugs, which means you cannot access the website for few hours. However, it happens very rarely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring problems, keeping all the information and data on one platform. Being able to access data from any period at any time.
Easy to garner insights
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use and versatile. I regularly use it to find what our target audience are talking about and what they're interested in. It's vital to our monthly and quarterly reports for our clients, to demonstrate the effectiveness of our social content, to highlight potential influencers and to propose new content themes based on what our audience are posting about. It also helps with community management and identifying conversations that our clients can partake in. Not only that, but it enables us to track competitors and create benchmarks, so we can see how our clients are performing versus the market. It also enables exporting straight to ppt, which as a planner is massively helpful and saves me a tonne of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. The set up can take some time and requires support. To get the most out of the tool it does require general maintenance and iterative improvements - you're not going to be up and running and require no further work within a week or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It massively helps with reporting and positioning my agency as the client's expert for social. It helps me with the analysis and reporting of our content, and justifying what we've done. It makes it really simple to do regular reporting, saving hours of manual labour. I've used several social listening tools previously, and with this one I feel as though I get more information in less time.

Very strong social listening tool - there are a number out there, but this is the real deal.

What do you like best about the product?
The customizable dashboard that gives you a comprehensive view in a single snapshot of exact what data you need to view on a daily basis to keep you abreast of all important conversations

The system should be a bit faster in delivering conversations -
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in the finance domain, lot of influencers review or comment on our products, this tool helps me stay informed what sentiments are influencers sharing about our products
Not perfect but usable
What do you like best about the product?
That you can have different Dashboards so you can specialize your Queries. I mostly use our Social Media Stats Overview for a quick check-up of our Account Performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really need to split between post and comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it in the first line for social media Monitoring and web Screening. In the part of web Screening is it very useful where and why our Company is mentioned.

UI is great. I like the influencers options, the NEAR operator is very usefull and overall the results are satisfying.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some filter needs to be added to prevent malicious (sometimes pornographic) posts that have thousands of kewords on purpose.
I also had a problem with very specific fact we can't use "NEAR" operator with "RAW".

Cybersecurity watch. Radarly is used to detect evry post related to cybersecurity issues that might be related to our company. It allowed us to detect malicious behaviours among internet users.

Do net hesitate to contact support if needed. Very fast, efficient answers.
A powerful and complete solution
What do you like best about the product?
Radarly is a powerful solution that allows for the detection of a lot of information circulating on the net, which cannot be detected manually. The interface's ergonomics are interactive and allow for many actions to be performed directly from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated reporting and web review feature could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Radarly, we have been able to improve our passive listening on the web and better detect potential difficulties that could affect our industry.
