What do you like best about the product?
I use Tines for all kinds of automation, including my personal activities and workflows. It's great for automating daily tasks like managing emails, segregating spam, and handling repetitive responses with ease. I also use it for data cleansing and management in my personal projects. Tines is intuitive and easy to use, saving me time and ensuring repetitive tasks are done correctly without much effort. Almost everything about Tines works well for me, and the initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's all good, maybe integration with some tools such as Tableau would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tines for automating workflows, like handling emails and repetitive tasks. It's good for automation, intuitive, and easy to use, saving me time and effort in getting repetitive work done accurately.

I use Tines mainly as a SOAR platform for creating workflows related to security automation, and I really appreciate that it's a no-code platform. This makes developing automation workflows much simpler and faster, particularly since they would otherwise take months to create. I find Tines to be simple and easy to use, with a good interface. The template library is great; it has many stories already implemented, like Tines audit logs to Splunk, which can be directly reused. I also like the Tines AI agent, which helps create optimized workflows with a minimal number of actions. Additionally, the initial setup was really smooth, and the Tines support team was super helpful.

I use Tines to automate high-stakes processes in security, IT, and engineering, and it really boosts efficiency by eliminating repetitive manual tasks. I love how it connects our siloed tools, letting us focus on high-impact strategy instead of constant data entry. The platform’s no-code storyboard is fantastic because it allows us to deploy complex security workflows quickly, in hours instead of weeks, which drastically reduces our incident response times and saves us hours every week. Tines is incredibly flexible since it’s vendor-agnostic and connects to any REST API, which is invaluable as it enables us to build sophisticated automations without needing a dedicated team of developers. The best part about Tines is the no-code storyboard, making building complex automations as simple as drawing a flowchart. I particularly value Tines Pages for easily adding 'human-in-the-loop' approvals and the AI Agent actions that smartly handle unpredictable data. The initial setup is quick and lightweight as Tines is a cloud-based platform, and using pre-built templates from the Story Library makes it easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for complex data transformations can be steep if you aren't familiar with APIs. Additionally, debugging large workflows is sometimes difficult, and the built-in reporting dashboards feel a bit basic for tracking deep metrics.

Even though it's a no code, understanding events and stories is confusing at first. Pricing is a little bit on the high side and also Tines is a little bit heavy.

What do you like best about the product?
Tines is like a smart assistant that handles all my boring, repetitive computer tasks automatically. It connects my favorite apps together so they can talk to each other and get work done, leaving me free to focus on the important stuff. I love that I don't need to know any fancy coding to use it. I just move simple blocks around to link my apps, like playing with toys. It's very easy to start and saves me lots of time. I really like how it works with almost any app I already use. It's like a universal plug that fits into everything, so all of my different tools can finally talk to each other. I also appreciate that setting it up was very easy and didn't take much time at all. I don't have to install anything heavy on my laptop. It feels like setting up a new social media page and it's simple and easy to set up. Tines is much faster because I can just click and drag to get work done, and it lets everyone on the team help out. I would give Tines a 9 out of 10 because it is so easy to use and saves a lot of time. It is perfect for anyone who wants to automate their work without needing to learn how to code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a little time to learn if I want to do really big, complex tasks. Also, if my other app change, I might need to spend a moment fixing the connection to keep things running smoothly. Tines could be better by making complex tasks simpler to set up and adding more quick how-to videos. It would also be great if they offered more affordable options for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tines automates boring, repetitive tasks, connects my apps seamlessly, saves me time, and reduces human errors. It’s easy to use without coding, making my work simpler. It integrates well with tools I already use, enhancing team productivity without extra effort.

I like how Tines makes vulnerability management easier by scanning assets and prioritizing risks. It also automatically creates Jira tickets for remediation, which is really helpful. The use of chatbots to verify suspicious login locations is another feature I appreciate since it makes the process more user-friendly. Additionally, setting up Tines was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a person doesn't know about API-based automation and complex logic, then the person has to learn that and work accordingly on the tool. Also, information can be provided as to what that feature does, which will be helpful for newcomers.
