Tines is the intelligent workflow platform trusted by leading security and IT teams. Intelligent workflows combine automation, AI, and integration to unify data from across the environment and create a secure foundation for faster, more consistent work. They help teams eliminate silos, reduce manual effort, and move from alert to resolution with greater efficiency.

With Tines, teams can orchestrate workflows that connect AWS services to the rest of their ecosystem. Services like Security Hub, GuardDuty, EventBridge, and more can feed directly into Tines, where alerts are enriched with context from third-party tools (e.g. CrowdStrike, Elastic, Wiz, etc.), triaged automatically, and routed for review or approval. Remediation steps can then be executed across AWS and non-AWS systems without the need for custom development work or complex integrations.

AWS customers commonly rely on Tines for:

    • Endpoint detection and response alerts
    • Phishing and abuse response
    • Vulnerability and risk management
    • Threat intelligence enrichment
    • Fraud and compliance reporting
    • Employee onboarding and offboarding
    • Slack or Microsoft Teams bots

These are just some of the most popular use cases. Explore additional examples of how Tines and AWS work together here: https://www.tines.com/partners/aws/

With Tines and AWS, you can expect:

    • Faster response: Signals from AWS flow directly into triage, enrichment, and remediation workflows without unnecessary manual steps.
    • Unified operations: Security and IT teams can follow the same repeatable workflows across AWS and your full tech stack, reducing gaps and human handoffs.
    • Increased AWS value: Make better use of all of your AWS solutions by connecting them to your broader tech stack with orchestrated, intelligent workflows.
    • Less engineering burden: Teams operationalize AWS services without custom development work or integration maintenance.

    What makes Tines different:

    • Powerful and flexible: Orchestrate complex workflows across any system with an API. Tines customers connect an average of 68 tools and automate more than 20 workflows in their first year.
    • Vendor agnostic: If it has an API, Tines can connect to it. Teams integrate data from AWS and the rest of their stack without being limited by rigid integrations.
    • Fast time to value: Build workflows in hours with intuitive tooling and expert guidance.
    • For the whole team: Security analysts, engineers, and IT professionals can all build in Tines using a visual interface that is clear, approachable, and deeply capable.
    • Born in security: Governance, auditability, and deployment flexibility are built in, including SSO, role-based access control, and options for self-hosted, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Tines gives teams the control, visibility, and confidence they need to manage their most important workflows at scale while improving speed, reducing manual work, and strengthening security posture.

    Effortless Automation with User-Friendly UI

    Reviewed on Apr 10, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Tines to automate repetitive and manual tasks quickly because it's a no-code platform that allows us to create stories. The workflow options and the simplicity of Tines' user interface make it very user-friendly. I love that Tines provides the ability to create projects and assign access to different teams separately. Its alert enrichment from various integrated platforms helps in resolving incidents more efficiently. The tool's ability to integrate easily with other platforms is a big plus, making it easy to implement. The reusable actions and templates in Tines save time and maintain process consistency across environments. Its flexibility and customization for existing stories make it even more user-friendly. The straightforward setup process was also a breeze for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when we create a workflow, we need to test a particular step instead of the whole workflow. If this could be improved, it would solve the runtime issue and make it easier to check the process. We have to wait for each step to complete before we can test one, which can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tines to automate repetitive tasks and manage alerts. It helps create automation workflows with no coding, integrating easily with other platforms. The simple interface, reusable actions, and customization improve efficiency and enrich alerts, reducing incident resolution times.

Flexible Automation, Saves Time but Initial Learning Curve

    Reviewed on Apr 10, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Tines to automate repetitive security and operational tasks, and it saves a lot of time by making processes more consistent. I find it incredibly flexible, allowing us to build automations that truly match our needs without rigid workflows. The visual interface makes it easier to follow what's happening, even in complex scenarios. I also appreciate how well Tines integrates with other tools, which makes connecting systems and automating end-to-end processes much smoother. Some specific features I like are the drag-and-drop workflow builder, which makes it easy to visualize and connect each step, and the use of reusable templates and the ability to quickly duplicate or tweak existing workflows, which saves time. The support for API and webhook integrations is invaluable for pulling in data and triggering actions without needing extensive custom development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improvement is needed in the initial learning curve, especially if you’re not very familiar with APIs or automation tools, as it can take some time to fully understand how to build more advanced workflows. Debugging can also be a bit challenging when something doesn’t work as expected, particularly in more complex stories where it’s not always immediately clear where the issue is. While the interface is powerful, it can feel slightly overwhelming at first when you’re dealing with larger workflows, so a bit more guidance or simplification in those cases would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tines to automate repetitive tasks, reducing manual work and human error. It streamlines workflows, connecting systems for consistent processes without constant intervention, saving time and allowing focus on important tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Tines for automation, which helps us reduce manual efforts and automate repetitive tasks. I really like the UI experience, as it is familiar and all the switches are easy to navigate. The non-coding automation architecture is a standout feature for me because it allows us to write or create stories efficiently without any heavy workload or coding. The initial setup of Tines was very easy, and I switched to it from XSOAR because of its excellent UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when we have complex architectural programs or automation flows, Tines tends to get stuck or doesn't work efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tines to automate repetitive tasks, reducing manual efforts. Its non-coding automation architecture allows us to create stories efficiently, and the familiar UI makes navigation easy.
