Tines works very well overall, but adding more ready-made templates and deeper integrations with some tools would make it even better. Deeper integration with CRM, ticketing, and communication tools would be helpful. More templates for incident response, employee onboarding, and approval workflows would also save time.

A bit more guidance or clearer documentation in those moments would really help.

TPRM/ VRM automation review
What do you like best about the product?
Great for autonomous automation and helpful for proper vendor risk assessment reports. As an individual, i use it for automating the enitre TPRM/VRM review process which ideally took me 2 hours and now with Tines, it can be done in a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The token limit which only allows us to upload certain number of prompts and files for parsing the documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the main time consumption problem we used to face earlier during our Vendor Risk assessments. Now with tines it takes us very few minutes for the review and also helps with automation of the reports.
