Time-Saving Automation with User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The no-code interface is what I like best — it's very easy to use and the team picked it up quickly without much training. Implementation was smooth, we got our CrowdStrike and Qualys workflows up and running without any major issues. Integration with both tools was straightforward and didn't require much technical effort. We use it daily since most of our automations run on a schedule and handle tasks without any manual input. The number of features covers everything we need for our security automation use cases. Customer support has also been helpful whenever we had questions, response times were decent and issues got resolved without much back and forth.

Simple, Fast Workflow Automation—But Can Feel Limited for Complex Setups
What do you like best about the product?
it is the simplicity and power it provides. You dont need to be super technical to automate workflows, which saves me a lot of time in day to day tasks. its clean, fast and efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
it can feel a bit limited once you try to do really complex workflows and sometimes hit a ceiling. Also, the learning curve at the start isnt zero and it takes some time to fully understand how everything connects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps to solve the problem of repetitive manual work kike moving data between tools, sending alerts it handling all the routine tasks manually. it saves time, reduces error and being able to focus on more important work and not get stuck in the repetitive tasks
Simple but powerful automation tool that saves time
What do you like best about the product?
really like how simple tines feels but still does powerful stuff, saves me lot of time and less manual work honestly 👍
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes debugging gets a bit confusing and UI can feel cluttered when workflows get big, also pricing is bit high for small teams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automates tasks and makes work easier
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Tines to automate routine tasks and connect different tools, which helps me save time and keeps everything more organized. I like how simple and clean it feels to use even when setting up automations, making my daily work less stressful since things just run on their own. It's flexible and lets me build things the way I need without feeling restricted. It works really well with other tools I already use, so everything stays connected and runs smoothly. The flexibility means I can set things up exactly how I need, saving time and avoiding a lot of extra tasks and work. The initial setup was easy overall, and it didn't feel too complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning I did feel a bit confused while setting up some of the advanced workflows. It's not hard but it takes a little getting used to. I also feel having more ready-made templates would make things quicker and easier to start with.

Streamlined Automation with Tines, Some Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy Tines makes creating workflows with its visual, drag-and-drop user interface. As a web developer, I can quickly connect various services without writing much code, offering a lot of flexibility for managing custom logic and using APIs. Tines helps automate my work and reduce manual tasks while developing apps by linking different tools, processing alerts, and optimizing processes without extensive backend coding. It automates repetitive tasks and streamlines workflows, simplifying alert management, data movement, and integrations, which saves me time and minimizes human error. Setting up Tines was straightforward, with the basic workflows being quick to implement, and everyone found the UI intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
An area to improve is the learning curve of advanced workflows because it can become complicated with a lot of logic at times. Debugging can sometimes be less intuitive particularly if you are dealing with an issue within a lengthy workflow. If you have better documentation along with more explicit error messages that would create a much smoother experience with the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tines to automate my work and reduce manual tasks, linking tools together and handling alerts efficiently without extensive backend coding. It streamlines workflows, saves time on repetitive tasks, and minimizes human error.
Flexible Automation Platform That Unifies Integrations and AI
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Tines is how it brings together automation, integrations, and AI into a single, cohesive workflow platform. It’s very flexible and allows us to design workflows that fit our exact processes instead of forcing us into rigid templates. The platform is especially strong in handling repetitive operational tasks, which reduces manual effort and helps the team focus on higher-value work. I also appreciate that it’s built with real-world security use cases in mind, so even complex workflows feel practical and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Tines is that there’s a bit of a learning curve, especially when building more complex workflows. While the flexibility is a strength, it can take time to structure stories efficiently. From a performance perspective, as workflows grow larger and more complex, execution and debugging can feel slightly slower, and tracing issues across multiple steps can require extra effort. Pricing can also be improved , Support system can be quick turn around
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tines solves the problem of handling repetitive, manual workflows—especially in environments where teams are dealing with a large volume of alerts, tools, and processes. In many cases, teams have to switch between multiple systems and manually investigate or respond to events, which is time-consuming and error-prone. Tines acts as a central automation layer that connects these tools and standardizes workflows.
For us, this has meant significantly reducing manual effort in day-to-day operations. Tasks like alert triage, data collection, and response actions can be automated, which speeds up response times and ensures consistency. It also helps reduce alert fatigue and allows the team to focus more on critical thinking and decision-making rather than repetitive tasks. Overall, it improves efficiency, reduces operational overhead, and makes workflows more reliable and scalable.
