Powerful SOC Automation That Streamlines Jira Ticket Delivery

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We can automate even complex tasks in SOC and vulnerability management. I created an automation in Tines for Jira ticket delivery, so tickets are delivered from Axonius to Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have licensing based on event count, which limits our processes. When we created a Tines story for ticket delivery, it ended up exceeding the daily limit, so we had to split that same story into three separate stories. That’s the main area where Tines could improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to send vulnerability tickets from Axonius to Jira, but there wasn’t a direct way to do it. To solve this, we put together a workflow using BigQuery and Tines, and we were able to deliver the solution successfully.

Efficient SOAR Automation with Room for Improvement

  • April 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Tines for SOAR automations and automating access for various security tools. I appreciate how it helps reduce SLA for clients, providing faster access and increasing our security posture. The ease of use and helpful admin features are a big plus for me, and the documentation is quite useful. It covers all the new and existing features well, with examples and an easy-to-navigate user interface. Additionally, the UI uses simple, human-readable names, which I find very practical. The initial setup of Tines was very easy, which saved us time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tines sometimes breaks and something is not working, like the email notification feature, and there's no tracking system to monitor this. An alerting mechanism to track features and an uptime dashboard would help resolve these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tines to automate SOAR tasks, reducing client SLA for quicker access. It enhances security posture by revoking access on time.
