Simplifies Automation with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Tines in my organization for creating workflows and managing automations without manual intervention. I appreciate that Tines reduces SLA for users and minimizes errors in manual tasks like access revokes and task management for different integrated tools. I like the simple UI and find the documentation very easy to understand. The support offered by Tines is very good, and the integration with other tools is quite easy, making Tines well-integrated with other systems. The initial setup was quite easy, and handling complex tasks with support made the process simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tines is confusing around the workflow of complicated tasks and might get confusing sometimes, like when debugging large workflows. Also, Tines heavily relies on the APIs for the connected tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tines to create workflows, manage automations, and utilize RBAC without manual intervention. It reduces SLA and errors in tasks like access revoke, integrating easily with other tools.
Simple Yet Enterprise-Powerful Automation with Outstanding AI and Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Tines has redefined how we approach automation by striking a rare balance between extreme simplicity and enterprise-grade power. Its ability to seamlessly orchestrate complex environments—connecting GCP, AWS, CrowdStrike, Splunk, and Qualys—has helped us turn manual, repetitive work into high-velocity workflows. Credential management and integrations are refreshingly intuitive, which keeps our focus on the logic of what we’re building rather than troubleshooting connectivity.
The AI integration layer in Tines is, frankly, the best implementation of SaaS AI I’ve encountered. It doesn’t feel like a superficial “feature add-on”; tools like Story Co-pilot and AI Agents act as genuine force multipliers. They help with formula generation and complex troubleshooting, letting us scale what we can deliver without increasing headcount. On top of that, the educational ecosystem—especially Tines University—made my transition from legacy tools like XSOAR remarkably fast and painless.
Overall, Tines remains simple yet powerful for automating repetitive tasks and connecting key tools like GCP, AWS, CrowdStrike, Splunk, and Qualys. The integrations are smooth, credential management is straightforward, and features like Story Co-pilot and AI Agents are especially useful when building or debugging workflows. It’s quick to learn with Tines University, and both performance and support have been consistently reliable.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is industry-leading, there’s still room to grow in visual management. As workflows become more complex, a built-in architecture view or a high-level visual flow diagram would be invaluable for backtracing logic, auditing, and debugging more intricate flows.
The AI features are genuine game-changers, but formula generation can occasionally require a second look to confirm accuracy. Some AI capabilities can also be inconsistent at times, and Story Co-pilot has a few minor bugs.
I’d also love to see the Forms and Records features receive a robustness update—both to eliminate minor latency and to expand their functional depth. Finally, while the AI Agent is powerful, deeper native integration for Retrieval-Augmented Generation would take context-aware automation to the next level.

Optimized Vulnerability Management:
Tines has transformed our vulnerability response from reactive to proactive. By using pre-built workflows and connecting our security stack, we’ve drastically reduced time to remediate. In vulnerability management, every minute counts, and Tines helps ensure we aren’t overwhelmed by data volume by automating validation and the ticketing process.
Sophisticated AI Orchestration:
We use Tines as a secure AI interaction layer that lets us incorporate AI into everyday work—such as automated phishing response, intelligent alert triage, and incident report generation—while still keeping a “human-in-the-loop” for critical approvals. Support for MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and clients helps ensure our AI interactions stay aligned with organizational policies and governance.
Operational Efficiency & Trust:
Tines helps solve the “trust gap” in AI. Because the platform is stateless and tenant-scoped (with no training on our data), we feel confident using it for sensitive operations. It also bridges gaps between tools—for example, identifying discrepancies between WIZ and Splunk—so our security architecture stays synchronized, scalable, and less prone to errors.
Overall, Tines has helped us automate manual workflows, integrate multiple systems, and streamline reporting and alerting. It reduces manual effort, improves efficiency, and helps us quickly spot issues like mismatches between tools such as WIZ and Splunk.
