What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to build and customize workflows in Tines without heavy coding. The intuitive interface makes it quick to set up automations, and I appreciate the flexibility in integrating with different tools. Tines gives a lot of control while being simple to use. It helps automate repetitive security and IT workflows, connecting different tools so everything works together without manual effort. It saves a lot of time, reduces response time, and minimizes human errors by ensuring tasks are handled consistently. The transition to Tines from a more rigid automation tool was smooth, and it felt much more flexible and easier to manage, especially for building workflows quickly. The initial setup was straightforward, the interface is user-friendly, and getting started with basic workflows was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the learning curve for more advanced workflows, which can get a bit complex at times. The debugging process can also be slightly tricky when something doesn’t work as expected. Additionally, more detailed documentation or real-world examples would be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Tines for automating repetitive tasks required for daily operations, which reduces manual effort. I really like its low-code nature, making it accessible for anyone without coding knowledge, and it's very easy to integrate with any tool. The biggest advantage is its speed and independence, allowing anyone to use it without needing relevant coding experience. On the integration side, being API-first is a major strength. Tines was easy and quick to set up, and it’s both easy to use and flexible to onboard, which is why we switched from Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many but Tines can be better on rate limiting.

I find it incredibly flexible, allowing us to build automations that truly match our needs without rigid workflows. The visual interface makes it easier to follow what's happening, even in complex scenarios. I also appreciate how well Tines integrates with other tools, which makes connecting systems and automating end-to-end processes much smoother. Some specific features I like are the drag-and-drop workflow builder, which makes it easy to visualize and connect each step, and the use of reusable templates and the ability to quickly duplicate or tweak existing workflows, which saves time. The support for API and webhook integrations is invaluable for pulling in data and triggering actions without needing extensive custom development.

Improvement is needed in the initial learning curve, especially if you’re not very familiar with APIs or automation tools, as it can take some time to fully understand how to build more advanced workflows. Debugging can also be a bit challenging when something doesn’t work as expected, particularly in more complex stories where it’s not always immediately clear where the issue is. While the interface is powerful, it can feel slightly overwhelming at first when you’re dealing with larger workflows, so a bit more guidance or simplification in those cases would help.

I use Tines for automation, which helps us reduce manual efforts and automate repetitive tasks. I really like the UI experience, as it is familiar and all the switches are easy to navigate. The non-coding automation architecture is a standout feature for me because it allows us to write or create stories efficiently without any heavy workload or coding. The initial setup of Tines was very easy, and I switched to it from XSOAR because of its excellent UI.

Sometimes when we have complex architectural programs or automation flows, Tines tends to get stuck or doesn't work efficiently.

I use Tines to automate our phishing response process when a suspicious email is reported. This cut down response time dramatically and ensures consistency. It's very flexible and intuitive. One thing I find really valuable is how well Tines integrates with the tools we already use. The integrations are a huge part of what makes Tines so powerful. For instance, we tie it directly into our email system, so when a phishing email is reported, Tines automatically parses it and kicks off the workflow. Tines extracts URLs and attachments consistently. My experience with Tines on large datasets has generally been positive, particularly for automating security and compliance workflows. The initial setup of Tines for our team was relatively smooth. Tines is a cloud-based platform, and the interface is quite user-friendly, which makes creating simple workflows or 'stories' quick using the visual builder. I gave it a solid recommendation score of 10.

What do you like best about the product?
Tines is a powerhouse for security automation. We use it to bridge Microsoft Graph with threat intel sources like VirusTotal and AbuseIPDB for automated alerting. The UI/UX is incredibly polished, making it one of the most user-friendly no-code/low-code tools I’ve worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is room for improvement in the AI formula assistant, as it doesn't always hit the mark. The Story Copilot could also use some polishing to iron out small bugs. I'm looking forward to more advanced AI features, specifically a RAG implementation for the Agent action.

While Tines is powerful, the initial learning curve can be slightly steep for new users who are not familiar with automation or APIs. Some advanced configurations require a good understanding of JSON and logic handling. Additionally, debugging complex workflows can sometimes be time-consuming, and more built-in templates could improve the onboarding experience.

It's especially handy once you get the hang of it. I really like the drag-and-drop interface; it's quite intuitive and makes it easy to quickly build and tweak workflows without depending on developers, saving a lot of time. Additionally, Tines' ability to integrate with different tools in one place stands out for me. It ties everything together so alerts, communication, and ticket updates all happen automatically without much manual follow-up. This integration capability is very practical for day-to-day work, making handling incidents much faster and more organized. It also scaled quite well when our company had around 400–500 people, handling our workflows smoothly without any major performance issues, even with multiple teams using it. I'd rate it a 9 out of 10 because it’s a solid tool for automation and significantly improves efficiency, especially for security and IT workflows.

One thing I feel could improve is the learning curve in the beginning—it’s not super intuitive when you’re just starting out. Also, debugging workflows can sometimes be a bit confusing, especially when something breaks in between steps.
