What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, connects seamlessly with Office 365, single pane of glass for backup/restore visibility
What do you dislike about the product?
Features seem a bit limited, but overall headed in the right direction!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting Office 365 data (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint) and ensuring that reliable, secure backups are in-place and available to restore data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lots of solutions on the market, try out various providers and evaluate them accordingly.
It is an excellent solution for C2C Backup

Simple operation and reliability. Easy to deploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI needs to change. Product support needs to upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've now worry free about my cloud hosting infra data. It is now in auto mode and saving lots our bandwidth.

Not much. It is good enough. It is solving problem of having 3rd party backup easily

3rd party backup for one drive, o365 etc. increased demand from customers to use 3 rd party backup

What do you like best about the product?
Easy, user friendly UI to backup Office 365 data, including Outlook mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive, and Sharepoint data. Was quick to setup and connect to O365.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! There are sometimes backup errors when it cant access individual emails/folders within an Outlook mailbox
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that O365 data is backed up in a secure environment, as no backup solutions are provided by Microsoft. Easy way to restore missing emails, files, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of solutions on the market, and it's easy to trial and compare them. Evaluate a few solutions, there are low cost options available that work well

it is the best insurance you can get in the cloud! no need to worry about your data. plus there is no hardware to replace or manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Resistance from employees in the company that your data is not in hands.

Still there is nothing which i can explain here regards dislike of barracuda

In my past organization, we were taking backups of our entire O365, share point, one drive from Ms clout to barracuda cloud network

Easy to use if you have the experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to back thing up such as office 365 exchange, teams, and etc. Makes the process of transfer a lot easier for everyone and my teams! Haven't had the change to compare, besides using share drives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything yet that I don't like about this product. I'd say so far it's working great for us and hopefully load speeds, and maybe more features or improvement of ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help solve our ability to do data transfer especially during pc refreshes. Being able to quickly back up and transfer really allows us to keep things moving.

DRS is the problem that can be resolved with cloud to cloud backup.
