Barracuda backup gives a complete protection of data with point in time retrieval, restoration and also provides email protection.
The features of barracuda backup helps to do data centre backup support for network and application security.
It is very easy to setup, use, implement and integrate.

Tedious to migrate: Once started using one particular cloud storage provider it is difficult to migrate data to another cloud provider.
The frequency of use is at the starting stage in our organisation so the above point could be improved.

Barracuda backup benefits like it is an universal recovery tool, gives deduplication with file compression, retention option, provides multiple backup destination,etc.,

What do you like best about the product?
Like the fact that I can easily restore Microsoft 365 Data from any user. And the restore process is super fast.
Another good point is that I don't have to worry about any Data Retention limitations either. Easy to integrate.

Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is the perfect fit for our clients as it's put them in control of of there Online Backup up needs.
The dashboards is super easy to understand so it means less calls to us. As the client can actually see and understand how there data is being backed up and restored.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple to use the solution is and the great technical services that barracuda provides. The user interface is very intuitive and operations are mostly touch-free. I can schedule hourly or daily backups for my most mission critical workloads to less frequent lower tier backups. Of course this is all great because the solution was easy to implement
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that I wish could be added around schedules of backups and storage costs for cloud endpoints but overall the solution is very viable. I also wish that it was easier to integrate into some of my enterprise tooling

I can back up all of my mission critical apps and workloads through a single unified interface that works with any application to any cloud endpoint is it

The tool is good to have to get the backups of your website servers, logs, docs, files, images etc.
It helps us to access the same from any where while proving extra data connection and security. There is proper data privacy as well, where you can expect with them witout any data loss

The product feature is excellent to use. It is way to navigate and use the tool service to backup all the data and use its service in a full extent. The timely product updates give it extra advantages with new technabilaities

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup solution offers a straight forward and esay to mange interface. Customer support is alo good and all the agents are knowlegable. It backup my Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It had met and fulfilled all the expectations of our team and management. Did not find anything to be disliked as such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was always a question in our management that although Office 365 and its applications are hosted in cloud but what about their backup. Even if everything is managed by Microsoft there were a lot of important sensitive data which belonged to the HR and Finance department that were hosted in SharePoint. Management wanted it to be backed up. Therefore we found Barracuda Backup solution and it very well took care of this thing.

Backing up our instance of MS 365. A common misconception about Cloud computing is that it's safe in the cloud, and you don't have to worry about losing data. But what happens when a user deletes something and doesn't realize it for a few weeks when they need it? That's where having another backup option comes in super handy.

The product's most valuable feature is the backup retention policy. Customers can have unlimited retention with the user-level license.
What needs improvement?
They should adapt to new parameters as the market grows. They must identify entities or market parameters after COVID-19 situations and upgrade the product.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for approximately two years. My company has been working for more than ten years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The solution performs well using API integration with primarily incremental parameters.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
We recommend Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises but not for dedicated large enterprises.
How was the initial setup?
A customer can start using Barracuda by first obtaining a license. Once the license is activated, customers can load their data into the product. The documented article contains the steps for implementation. It takes 45 minutes to deploy. However, the backup time may vary depending on the amount of data. For example, a customer with 100GB of data per user may experience a backup time of an hour.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The product's pricing is based on the customer's needs because every customer is different. Depending on the case, we can make the deal per the customer's budget. We cannot commit to a price for the customer. However, once the seats have been increased, the number of licenses will also increase, making it more economical.
What other advice do I have?
The platform is good for any customer who is moving to Barracuda products. Its portfolio has been growing and evolving quickly. It is a full-featured vendor that can provide a good solution for various needs.
Overall, I rate it a nine out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
It does it's job and it does it's job well! Cloud O365 data backup set up was extremely easy. It was all set up in minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
The User Interface can be a little too simplistic and can be a hinderance when need to find something specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Per compliance requirements, we needed to have a Cloud backup option and Barracuda was exactly the solution we needed! It also brings peace of mind as all email and productivity have been removed from prem which has taken control out of our hands. Barracuda brings that control back to us.
