What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is fast, secure and very easy to access. Plus the fact that it is cloud hosted - which means there is no software/hardware straining your device resources. It is a good choice because it saves us the hassle and is pretty simple to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can improve their customer support, and consider an option for direct support. We also have our doubts on the efficiency as we scale our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our business, we use it to store a lot of documents and files quickly on cloud. Since it a cloud solution, we dont need to maintain the infra locally, which saves us the extra cost.

The solution has its flaws. Locating and recovering files can be confusing. It takes us a little bit of time to find the file we're looking for.

This product is realy good. the installation and guides are abosolutely spot on. But the biggest plus of this is Barracuda customer support, which unlike any other produsct we work with. Barracuda goes out of its way to ensure you have good points of contacts, with a friendly and approachable team. No issue is too small for them to spend the time help you out.

Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is a very easy-to-use cloud backup service that is there in the market. It is a very secure SaaS product. The seamless integration and implementation that we experience while working with the service is a great experience. We use the product very frequently and we are satisfied with the service.

It's a great service. It has great features which are not found in other similar or synergic products in the market. I also would love to see to expand its integration experiences to other gamut of applications and platforms.

We had performed research on build versus buy for the same. we found that Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is better than building the same for our internal requirements. I love scheduled backups, It's a very convenient feature and can save data safely and is always accessible.

I've had a decently bad experience with the setup process, it might just be a one-off case but I issue got resolved after a little digging.

The User Interface of the barracuda backup software could be improved as more modernized which is still having the old kind of user interface and it is not intuitive.
