Barracuda cloud to cloud backup works great and is very easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Configuration and implementation is very easy, set and forget. Easy to comeback to after months of not using or needing and picking right back up, as the GUI is just straightforward and simple. Works great. Customer support is solid and it was very easy to integrate with our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say. I learned our teams chat is not backed up but that is only thing I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recovering deleted data in a Team within Teams, or if an account takeover happens and calendar is wiped you can restore right away.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure. Nice user interface. Restores are quick. Good support if you get stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to have to add our technicians to every client rather than on a central interface like Email Secuirty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up client Office 365 Data for data compliance.

Simple implementation. Works as sold and comes at a reasonable price.

the daily back up email summaries doesn't capture everything correctly

relying everything in the office 365 cloud without any sort of secondary back up was a risk we didn't want to take as an organization. Barracuda back up provide a secured cloud back up solution
It is a great value when bundled with their Total Protection
What do you like best about the product?
It backs up Microsoft Office365 cloud quickly and has a long retention period. Files are able to restored to the original onedrive or another account. Very straight forward to setup and get going.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for a specific file can be a little tedious when trying to restore from onedrive. Onedrive backups can sometimes take a while, but usually it works itself out. Sometimes the site UI times out or kicks you back to the beginning which can be frustrating. I'd love to be able to schedule multiple backups per day but it works well enough.

It provides a daily point in time backup of our working files.

Sometimes, it takes a more than a day to finish a backup schedule

The interface is very simple and straight forward.

Licensing isn't straight forward. It would be a good feature to show how many of the licensing our company is using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft 365 doesn't include a backup out of the box. Having Barracuda's Cloud-toCloud backup is a solution for this. This puts the company at ease in case of an encryption attack.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that the interface is easy to use, and that the product does what it is supposed to do which is backup our cvloud based hosted O365 emailboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found anything I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the product because I know that I don't have to worry about backing up the online Exchange mailboxes, when you have to manage so many systems it is nice to count on one to work when you need it to.

Without a hasle you protect your office365 environment. user deleted his files? restore them.

you can restore entraID apps and such, but you still have some work in regenerating certificates. But that is probably a Microsoft issue rather than Barracuda.

office365 has a recycle bin, but it is limited to 30days.
Probably the only backup solution you need
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and easier to use. Barracuda is also a trusted name so as a day to day backup solution, it feels reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we tried to consult the documentation for integrating one of our softwares, we faced some issues. I wish they covered more about integration in their documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Barracuda's Cloud-to-Cloud Backup as our documents hub for storing critical business documents or system files backup of our employees. As an easy to use and accessible cloud solution it is very handy for backup purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda is a renowned name and thus the realiability puts us at ease while we can focus on more important aspects of our jobs. Apart from that, their backup option is easy to setup and gets running very quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
We encountered some problems in the initial setup but that was because of our network configuration. We tried to get in touch with Barracuda but couldn't. I hope they can work on their customer support and improve that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since there are some documents that we want to be securely saved at a space while being accessible, we utilize the backup solution they offer.
