Reliable Cloud-to-Cloud Backups Without On-Prem Hassle
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using barracuda cloud to cloud back up is not having to keep the backups on prem and are with a reliable company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I have disliked so far with what we've seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving multiple problems, including not having to host the backups with our own storage along with having a resource available to do this automatically.
Simple, Worry-Free Exchange & OneDrive Restores
What do you like best about the product?
One word - simple. Select the service - in my case we mostly use it for Exchange and OneDrive. I never have to worry about a user that unexpectedly leaves and deletes all their data. Just step back one or two days and do a full restore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloads - ie: restoring a mailbox or selected items to PST can be a little slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Takes the burden of all the management minutia. No servers to worry about.
Effortless Backup with Reliable Restore Points
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup and that it's very easy to set up and implement. The ability to restore anything with multiple restore points is critical for us. A couple of years ago, an incident affected many people's OneDrive, and Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup allowed us to seamlessly restore affected data quickly and accurately. We use it to back up our O365 environment, and it solves the problem of worrying and managing those backups effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. It just works.

I use Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup to manage and secure our O365 backups, eliminating worries about data loss. It's very easy to set up, and I appreciate its multiple restore points feature for quick and accurate data recovery.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup was easy to set up and implement. It's simple to function and provides the reporting we need to ensure things are actually working. The features reduce the amount of effort our staff has to put into maintaining it, allowing them to do other work. This ease contributes to a faster return on investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the Cloud to Cloud backup was just a feature of Barracuda's backup solution, instead of being a separate application.

I use Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup to ensure compliance for Microsoft 365, allowing quick and easy data restoration with minimal effort. It reduces staff maintenance effort, speeding up ROI and enabling focus on other tasks.
Effortless Backup with Some UI Flaws
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to access offsite cloud backups with Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup. It's a 'set it and forget it' type of setup, which means I don't have to worry about it. The software is easy to use and runs without issues, and I appreciate that I don't need to adjust anything with the backups when we add new SharePoint sites or mailboxes. The initial setup was also very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the user interface could be improved. There's a lot of wasted white space on the pages. Additionally, when I'm searching for a specific item to restore, the folders you need to drill through could be made more clear.

Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup provides easy offsite cloud backups for our Microsoft 365 environment. It’s a 'set it and forget it' solution, so I don't have to worry. It’s easy to use, runs without issues, and requires no adjustments when new SharePoint sites or mailboxes are added.

support is good & they are very helpful, would like to get more detailed documentation to read through.

whenever we had issues with our file system or OS, barracuda backup helps us resolve it instantly.

Simple Setup and Reliable Microsoft 365 Exchange Backups
What do you like best about the product?
This was fairly simple to setup. We backup mainly Microsoft 365 Exchange data nightly. We have had to restore data as well. It has been running for about 2 years with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a little more detailed reporting regarding total size stored, etc.

We need to backup critical users Email data
Reliable Backup with Easy Setup, Needs Improved File Retrieval
What do you like best about the product?
I think the easy setup for restoring an entire mailbox, OneDrive, Teams project, or SharePoint folder is quite convenient. The date range finder is also very helpful. With some quick hands-on experience, you can easily understand the restore mechanics, and even if restoring can be time-consuming depending on what you're restoring, at least you know that you will never lose your data. Even if your data is compromised, you can restore it through backups.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are trying to find a file that was deleted, the process is laborious and requires patience. You may need to plow through multiple dates in order to find the file and the correct version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup helps me restore missing files and backs up OneDrive/Email for terminated users. The easy setup and helpful date range finder streamline restoring, and I have peace of mind that data can be recovered even if compromised.
