Flexible & Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It was incredibly simple to set up and get started. I have dealt with many on-prem solutions before and it is always a tedious process. This literally took minutes to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest dissapoint was my sales agent, which is strange. I wanted to purchase the product right away and it was like pulling teeth to try to get an invoice sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda Cloud to Cloud backup is backing up my Microsoft 365 tenant and protecting our data from accidental loss or ransomware.

What do you like best about the product?
The piece of mind that comes with the service. i dont have to worry about losing emails, events, etc. The daily emails also make it easy and simple to monitor your environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had zero issues and there is nothing i dislike about the service. I know the service is expensive but i believe it is worth the price. Everything has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making sure we have piece of mind when we close off the lights for the end of the night. There is alot of data that goes into our business and if we didnt have it backed up, it could lead to major problems.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows users to gain access to our system without jeopardizing the safety of our files & servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say is not the software but the users. I give lessons after lessons, and they still end up with a problem. That is only because they don't have to do it all the time as i do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data protection if someone should gain access to our database by unauthorized entry. Better than that they are our watchdog 24 hours around the clock.
Enhanced security and peace of mind
What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface to use, understandable for all M365 data. The plus: unlimited retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Backup report errors are not always clear, at the same time it only happened once and Barracuda support answered my question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has resolved my backup needs around Microsoft's M365 solution, easy to implement, it allows for the recovery of documents accidentally deleted.

Cloud features is the like best amazing
I like how easy it is to back thing up such as office 365 exchange, teams, and etc. Makes the process of transfer a lot easier for everyone and my teams! Haven't had the change to compare, besides using share drives.

regarding what did I dislike maybe will need some of AI features
Haven't found anything yet that I don't like about this product. I'd say so far it's working great for us and hopefully load speeds, and maybe more features or improvement of ease of use.

It was better to use cloud backups on barracuda backups. It's cloud switching was best for SAN.

I like the technology & the user interface which helps me to do things faster.

The handbook & the training materials which are provided are too less as content.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, connects seamlessly with Office 365, single pane of glass for backup/restore visibility

Features seem a bit limited, but overall headed in the right direction!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting Office 365 data (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint) and ensuring that reliable, secure backups are in-place and available to restore data.

Lots of solutions on the market, try out various providers and evaluate them accordingly.
It is an excellent solution for C2C Backup

UI needs to change. Product support needs to upgrade.

I've now worry free about my cloud hosting infra data. It is now in auto mode and saving lots our bandwidth.

When it comes to backup cloud everyone thinks about the cost to bring back the data to on prem so with Barracuda cloud to cloud its very easy to take cloud backup of cloud on to a different cloud storage and keep for long retention period, thanks Barracuda

As of now there is no issue in the product and it is developing very fast so in couple of day Barracuda would be the best in class for cloud backup and hello all of use from the stress of cloud costs

Our day to day backup, virtual machine backup, storage backup and the most important to store the backup for a longer retention period for companies like health care, banking sector and many more
