User-Friendly and clean UI and great platform as it has many integrated tools.

Incomplete and lack of indication for the novice users

The ability to edit designs without the need for complex pre-planning or history-based editing streamlines the design process and enhances overall efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Solid Edge has many strengths, it's worth noting that the software may have a steeper learning curve for users new to CAD. Additionally, the cost of licensing and maintenance may be a consideration for smaller businesses or individual users. I used it when I was in college and hence it was fine, but if you have buy it out of pocket, there may be better options out there.

Actually i like softwares who has compatability with other designing softwares and also userfriendly.
Solidedge is having very clean ui. One can easily learn and adopt it.

When i apply edits to heavy assemblies it takes little lag. Or we can say processing. May be it is because of my computer i guess.

Number of features and reverse engineering tool is best in market.

Large scan file (.stl) handling get difficult some of the times.

It is very useful for simulation of mechanism components, which illustrates working of complex assemblies.

It requires some basic knowledge of cad tool. User guide help need to improve.

We are making agriculture machinery simulation by using solid edge.

Solidedge drafting is mind blowing.Asssembly feature is great in solid edge.Synchornization mode is unique among 3d softwares.Very user friendly software for new users.

Meachanism constraint should be more specific.Analysis feature should be given more. Software hang in critical feature operation.

Working with large assemblies(Approximatelymore than 10000) parts easier to open in solidedge.Exploded view edit is very good in solidedge(For Sop and manual purpose)
