What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro has been an excellent fit for our organization’s needs, providing a reliable and efficient way to enable and secure our customers’ endpoints. The platform offers robust management tools that not only strengthen security, but also empower users to work without interruption. Its intuitive interface and automation capabilities make deployment and ongoing administration seamless, ensuring that our customers can stay productive while maintaining strong compliance and security standards. Overall, Jamf Pro has proven to be a valuable solution for balancing endpoint protection with user enablement.
What do you dislike about the product?
API management is a work in progress. Dashboard compliance for blueprints is only capable via the api endpoint and makes researching and understand why a blueprint failed on a machine tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping securing our Mac fleet which helps enable our users to be productive and.

Static groups take forever to load with a large fleet.

What do you dislike about the product?
Legacy workflows and outdated APIs slow the implementation of modern processes compared to competitors. Jamf’s long-standing success may have reduced the urgency to modernize key areas.

Jamf Pro remains the best-in-class MDM. Its commitment to zero-day support for new Apple frameworks makes it the clear choice for managing our fleets with confidence and consistency.

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro consistently does an excellent job of staying up to date with Apple, while also introducing its own innovations on top of that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Would like to see additional improvements to updating 3rd party apps.

Ensuring our fleet of Macs always has the latest critical software updates and remains secure is essential. Jamf works quietly in the background, helping us keep our users satisfied—even if they aren’t aware of what Jamf is.

Jamf Pro streamlines the management of our entire fleet. With its support for custom scripts, configurations, blueprints, profiles, and device management, we are able to efficiently scale our operations and enhance the protection and oversight of our devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the recent drawbacks has been the introduction of changes that have led to more unplanned work for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the ideal Mac MDM solution for handling provisioning, deployment, management, and security.

Love how modular and customizable the platform is and the ability to now form blueprints to manage my end points

visibility of scoping and duplicate configurations, but now with the AI associate, I’m able to mediate that

does with the baseline security configurations and ensuring that our staff have access to all the applications that they need on day one. And all of our patching needs as well as ZTNA.

The flexibility. If there is something it doesn’t do out of the box, I usually have the flexibility to custom build a solution

Historically it was the lack of day 1 support for new Apple MDM features, but now they’ve fixed that
