What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel makes data anaylsis and visualization as easy (& beautiful) as possible. We've been able to answer any questions that have ever come up. The dashboard tool is a great way to have an at-a-glace visual of our product. I always have several Mixpanel tabs open at any given time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative thing I can say about Mixpanel is hyper-specific, but when using the "Funnels" view, I wish I could toggle off the first action in the funnel from the display, as it is always 100%, so that visualization isn't needed. That is my only complaint after 4 years of use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel solves all of our product analytics, and makes anaylyzing data an enjoyable task.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is uncluttered, and the graphs available (funnels, flows, retention) have clearly been designed to handle the major questions businesses often face in an intuitive workflow. The amount of data Mixpanel has been able to handle and still maintain fast processing times is very impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are useful Mixpanel features I learned from watching the youtube tutorials, I don't think I would have found them otherwise (eg changing the retention graph to a frequency graph). It might help to have these features more publicized through tooltips/tutorials etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring customer retention, frequency of product use, and using the flows report to identify where customers who are not following the intended customer journey end up.

What do you like best about the product?
the ease of deep diving into data to understang customer behavior
What do you dislike about the product?
any event / property needs its effort to be implemented. After 2 years we still trak approximately half of the product actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel is giving me eyes to watch users behaviors and to uderstand what is going on on the product. I can finally make decision based on real data and not just assumptions.

What do you like best about the product?
Wide range of features makes mixpanel different from the rest. The customer support team is just an email away. Their quick addressal to the issues makes mixpanel even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The increase in response time for the import events api, although very rare, but can potentially lead to certain mismatch at client's end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel helps in creating reports to visualise customer behaviour, customer retention on particular features testing.

What do you like best about the product?
The free tier and their startup programme make it really easy to get up and running with analytics without the fear for spending money your startup probably doesn't yet have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took my team a while to figure out what type of product-level events were the best to be sending to mixpanel. This isn't really mixpanels fault though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel is helping my startup better understand how customers are using our app so that we can make changes to our features and measure the impact of those changes at the product level.

What do you like best about the product?
So we have used Mixpanel for a little more than 3 years now, and Mixpanel helps getting the overview of our platform. It is amazing how you can structure all this data, and make it into beautiful graphs. We have even used it in presentations for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite overwhelming to start with, but in the end, you end up with beautiful results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel is where we sort our data, and make it digistiveable. We track behavior across the platform, and mixpanel help us with the great overview of our platform.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
As a project manager, I have used Mixpanel that is a comprehensive tool that is centered on tracking events and user profiles. The dashboard offers a very intuitive interface that includes a graphical viewer that presents complex data in easy-to-read form. This has been useful in mobile app analysis, especially in heat map illustrations showing users interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve had a few instances where server-side integration protocol seemed lagging, which slightly affected the operations tempo. Furthermore, some parts of the documentation feel a little outdated, and some sections of it have proven to be confusing, and I needed tech support to go around those few confusing aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Mixpanel, we are able to identify and understand the important user behaviors that directly guide our product development strategies.
