Powerful Analytics with Some Wishful Features

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Mixpanel because it gives me a great overview of everything my users are doing. Once I've set up the events on the app and web, I know exactly what is happening between funnels, what is happening to a selected cohort, and what is happening to users who are falling off. It also helps me understand how long it will take to deactivate them and how we can reactivate them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some functionality like more engagement features or something like CleverTap would be great if Mixpanel can add that as well, like building codes and sending marketing messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel helps me understand user drop-offs within the funnel, whether it's at sign up, KYC, or post-transaction, and provides insights about user engagement with different features.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s been my go-to tool everyday, for all things customer and user analytics for the past six years. The different reports, insights, funnels, and flow charts are not only easy to create, but also visually appealing and great to add to dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now. However, I want the ability to have a dashboard download as pdf feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User behaviour analytics, retention tracking, heatmaps, and overall customer analytics help me understand which features are in high demand, which ones are better suited to sunset, and which workflows are taking longer to complete. It also supports trend analysis compared to the past. On top of that, individual user insights make it easier to understand session behaviour.

performance is slow, you will need to hire a dedicated engineering team for performance optimization. The user experience and workflow is not very intuitive

It lets us understand user behavior—like where users drop off, what drives retention, and how features are actually used—without heavy engineering overhead. That directly speeds up decision-making and helps us prioritize features based on real user behavior rather than intuition.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, UI, organization, accessible to people that are not technical or data centric

Some loading times can be long when you try to create a new graph and load the events you're looking for

It helps me track usage of the features I’ve worked on as a PM, and it also lets me assess how a feature I’m considering improving over the next few months is being used. On top of that, having the data in front of me is really helpful when I’m debating a decision with other product people.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the Mixpanel interface is very easy to navigate, even for those who aren't particularly tech or data-centered. It's very reliable and helps me digest information clearly so I can make quick and informed decisions. This ease of use is imperative for our business as it means I don't have to dive through complex data, making the interface incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would actually say if there's a way for Mixpanel to start distilling its own analytics through more AI, it'd be great. If I can do less thinking and more doing, it'd be awesome.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I find Mixpanel valuable for building new dashboards, which was easy for me as a business user, and sharing them with other business stakeholders. The clear flows and analytics in Mixpanel helped us analyze website analytics and funnel seamlessly, providing insights into which areas needed focus and which ones could be marketed heavily through emails and app notifications. The initial setup of Mixpanel for my team was relatively easy.

I found the capability to track new metrics or add new metrics a bit of a complex process at the time I was using it.
