Amazing Software for Video Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can work in almost real time to collaborate with video editors across the world in different time zones.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if they offered more server locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before LucidLink I found it very difficult to share and collaborate with large files with freelancers across the world but it is so much more easier now.
A great solution to our small business publication needs!

Speed of data transfer and robust client, support has been spot on with any questions that were asked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to work in IT to understand installation and setup for clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution for international remote workers to work on Adobe InDesign files that could be colleborated on and have the speed for these large documents to be uploaded/downloaded quickly. We use both Macs and PC's, so that was another factor also. LucidLink was able to solve these issues easily and the system worked very quickly by having multiple locations (CDN's) for our data so the remote workers always had the quickest palce to get to the files. If the client was not used for awhile, it would re-assess the files and folders to make sure anything that was used was the latest versions for them.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use for my team — installed the app and it just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information around transitioning from Classic to the new app could bear some improvements. Adding users and modifying their access is a bit hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-user editing collaboration with Postlab.
This was exactly the type of software our company needed!
What do you like best about the product?
A fast working cloud based server that allows our editors to share projects and assets, help each other out, and speed upload/downloads in a safe and secure way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the software on Apple M1,M2,M3's are near impossible. So many issues we encountered. Implementation was not easy.

What do you like best about the product?
It was incredibly easy to setup and use. Especially from the standpoint of someone who had never ventured into setting up a cloud based drive for remote post prior.
What do you dislike about the product?
The update schedules and information are a bit confusing - I'm not always sure when I should be updating the software and how it might impact my workflow as I use several apps in tandem with LucidLink.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared post storage - it's vital to our editorial team that we are able to collaborate on projects in real time and this software is the perfect solution.
We moved our production workflow to LucidLink and it has solved a lot of our remote-work headaches
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and works as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes troubleshooting issues can take a while to resolve. And the platform doesnt have all the features I would like to see. However, I have been told these things are on the roadmap.

All of our employees can access the same data at the same now, regardless of their location globablly. It reallt cuts back on shipping drives and ingesting data to and from servers.

LL is everything we were hoping for:

What do you dislike about the product?
Our account was created through Escape Technologies and we can't pay by credit card, making the payment process rather slow and expensive due to additional taxes on wire transfers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both dropbox and google drive are very slow and unreliable: both crash when a lot of files are being transfered, have a lot of botlenecks and makes windows explorer very slow.
LL solved all those problems plus we were able to customize the full path of our shared folders, avoiding problmes like spaces in the name (that we can't change on both dropbox and gdrive).

Effortlessly Fast, Perfect for Creative Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I really like LucidLink's speed compared to OneDrive and Dropbox. It's been a game-changer for us, especially since we're working across two countries. We can upload assets from Australia and edit them in New Zealand seamlessly. Plus, the initial setup was super easy—just download and go. Having all our work in one place and sharable across the whole team is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates on Classic for Mac have been problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LucidLink to have all our work in one place, making it shareable across the team. It's faster than One Drive and Dropbox, which helps us work efficiently between Australia and NZ.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can create access to specific files for team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think it has a good price compared to competition, a bit expensive more for latin america market

Not a lot because the price went up really fast when we requiere more capacity, also for latin america is fairly expensive to keep on paying more and more

Easy to use and set up for the business. Staff were helpful for onboarding

Wish the integration with Google Cloud was easier

We did not have a proper storage place where we could collaborate together on videos, and LucidLink was able to solve this issue
