Simple to troubleshoot for drop-offs
What do you like best about the product?
My team could accurately spot the functional and performance issues behind the drop-offs.

UserExperior lacks integrations with a few tools we use. It would be great if they were available

We are primarily solving for conversion optimization. Resolutions for glitches are faster since we

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing to see visual data for our funnels. Crashes, API slow down, etc data can be correlated
with conversions.

A turnkey solution in my opinion would have been better. We could integrate data on
UserExperior without the hassle of integrating the SDK. However, the current setup isn’t a deal

What do you like best about the product?
Application issues are surfaced with root cause analysis done using logs and session replay.
What do you dislike about the product?
UserExperior can have better UI and more integrations with tools like Sentry and DataDog, and deeper integration with Crashlytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our support team raises tickets that we need to resolve quickly. Our team uses UserExperior to replay user issues and troubleshoot the user complaint. Hence, it is faster to troubleshoot.

Dashboard with the bifurcation of issues,logs of problems are provided, Heat Map Analysis wherein we can find out Heavy interactions with the screen

What do you like best about the product?
User complaints for the app can be easily analyzed with UserExperior. It saves time and effort in asking users what went wrong.

Haven't found any downside in using UserExperior.

We are troubleshooting user complaints. It is easier and faster to replicate user complaints. The need to ask users to detail their complaints has reduced.
Great tool for digital experience monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Having the capability to see user behavior and keep a check on anything that is affecting user experience. When something unexpected happens, we can see it right away instead of reproducing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more product metrics UserExperior. It can have a deeper integration with Firebase or BigQuery to pull data for more exhaustive analytical capabilities.

The dashboard can be made a bit more interactive with more filters added.

We used this app to analyze user behavior on different screens. It helped to get a better understanding of crashes and bugs by giving detailed insights. It also helped us to understand user behavior and what feature gets the most attention. This in turn helped us to increase our revenue by a significant amount with more than 90 percent customer retention.

Dashboard charts help in navigating through the important user recordings that can help us in identifying the issues. A targeted pathway is always helpful while going through huge datasets

User recording section is kind of a dump where finding useful information becomes very difficult. Dashboard has right pathways but we can utilise this section as well by having better filters and views

For us, we try to find the optimum user journey for new features in our app through UserExperior. UserExperior is helping us by identifying major ANRs and user interactions where user are getting stuck
Best tool for analysing user experience
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience of Userexperior was simple and done in a few minutes. Data was populated the very next minute. As a product designer, the heatmap feature helped my team and clients to get a deeper understanding of users' interactions, frustration areas, and clicks which led to users dropping. The platform has been a great help in data-driven optimisation in designs. User recording is one of the best features for understanding user's patterns inside the app and its ability to track the ANR and crashes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app provides a data-rich experience, but keeping time constraints in mind, it would be a good-to-have feature to include precise and short reports for faster consumption of data at one glance. eg. Graphical representation of data.
