Best app to track app analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the application is it takes the recording of User activity with the utmost privacy

The UI can be improved, ex.more filters can be added

We get the user usage analytics, and crash notifications from the app. Since it can also record the screen, we are able to solve user queries much more quickly
Awesome Platform for gaining insights of App User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using UserExperior for one of our products. It is beneficial to get insights into what users are doing within our application. It is lifesaver at times. For most of our Production Issues, we check UserExperior first to see exactly what the user was doing, which could have caused such an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are also using UserExperior in one of our Flutter Projects. Integration was seamless but masking is not supported in Flutter except in WebView. This should be worked upon by the UserExperior team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives all the recordings of our users. We are able to see what interaction users are doing within the app. We can also see crashes, launch time, internet connectivity etc
Good features and works well on Native framework
What do you like best about the product?
The user actions are mentioned on the side of the video, and extensive links are provided to jump to specific sections of the recording as well as particular types of user recordings
The portal is fast, so navigation is smooth. No buffer is seen when playing recordings.

What do you dislike about the product?
The heatmaps are not up to mark, especially when the page length is long and has multiple scrolls.

Userexperior solves the issue of blind spots in UX and proof of user experience.
Best tool to understand and enhance customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
User experior helps understand how customer is using the dedicated mobile application and help management identify the customer preferences which results in enhancing customer experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I could think of. But surely can improve more side of analytical tracking so that everything found at one place

Through user experior we are able to clearly identify any issue or crash happening in mobile application and at which stage apart from this it also provides mobile details and network ared of users which help us debug the issue at earliest

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using UserExperior for some time now, and I must say, it's absolutely fantastic! I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and colleagues. This tool has been a lifesaver when it comes to tracking what people do in our app and giving us super helpful insights into user behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, to be honest, there isn't much I dislike about UserExperior. However, if I had to point out a minor inconvenience, it would be the occasional delay in data processing.

UserExperior is solving a whole bunch of problems for me, and it's been a total game-changer! First off, it helps me track what users are doing in my app, giving me some seriously awesome insights into their behavior. This means I can make smarter decisions when it comes to optimizing my app and making it more user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
The user journey tracking helped us to analyse the entire user journey across multiple sessions. With this utility, we identified bottlenecks, dop-off points and implemented trageted improvements.
I would recomend to anyone seeking to gain a competitive edge through a data-driven approach to enhance user experience.

Heat maps is an awesome tool and can help us during our UI development, it also a great way to drilldown further and check videos

Funnel could be improved a bit, we like the way funnel is created in clevertap a similar functionality would be great

while creating the ui it help us to place the CTA, because of the heatmap we can identify a lot of things for example for secondary and teritary button we identified which one is the better and why

If the alerting system has been built, it would be beneficial for multiple clients

Why the customer conversion decrease or not scaling up at the specific point? Is it a design issue or a technical issue, or a content issue? UE will give better insight into this.
