Organization of your tasks and design on your board
What do you like best about the product?
It has plenty of possibilities, both in terms of personalizing your personal area and in terms of templates and functionalities. It is very customizable, and that is something to be thankful for, because it makes you get more involved with this application every day. By making it a bit your own in terms of image, it ends up being very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the main page was in English seems like a drawback to me, which I'm sure they will soon resolve. On the other hand, it must be acknowledged that at first, it is a bit complicated to get started, given that with so many options, one doesn't know where to begin and has to watch tutorials or explore little by little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize my tasks from my mobile, both those related to my day-to-day activities and those extraordinary ones that everyone has. Once your area is designed, you become addicted to this app.
I love using Notion for myself and my business
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep track of my business insights, content creation calendar, and project management, and I've created some templates to help me keep my life organized. I love using this notion every day; it has certainly changed my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have the ability to find free templates from other users or find templates for my business niche because is complicated when you have to desing your own and you are not familiar with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I used a lot of apps such as Google Drive, Excel, Word, Ever Note, Hootsuite, etc. However, now I can keep all my information in one place without installing another program on my laptop.
An All-Around Documentation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion offers various features for note-taking or documentation. I appreciate the different views provided by the software and how tables can be linked, and how easily it can be used for collaboration. It also serves the aesthetical needs of its customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Notion is its rawness, and some features are still in mind that are not yet available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a platform that a team and its formatting options can work on can easily replicate the designs in mind.
Celebrating the fantastic features of Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use that Notion offers. There's no need to undergo training or orientation to understand how it works, and getting started on a project is incredibly simple. Adding your flair by including photos, emojis, etc., makes projects look more personalized. At the same time, plenty of templates are available for those looking for an easy starting point that can be customized as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is no block positioning feature, making it difficult to configure images, text and other elements side-by-side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I switched to Notion since my older industry-specific software was less robust and customizable. This transition had a cost and time-efficient benefit, allowing me to hire new sales staff with minimal effort and expense quickly.
More than a document editor, its everything you need!
What do you like best about the product?
Databases in notion are inspiring, allowing you to put all your data in one place and view it the way you like; it is just outstanding; I use databases a lot, and I moved most of my work from google sheets to Notion.
Also, having the ability to add multiple items of different types, makes it easy and unique, its like folder management, but in document shapes, the possibilities are endless.
This is the kind of things we were able to manage on Notion as a startup:
- We created our investor's data room
- We managed all of our support tickets
- Our product roadmap is managed by Notion databases after searching through so many specialized apps
- Customers' knowledge base is created on Notion and uploaded to our website cloud internally.
- Customer account management by the customer success team
We believe there are more uses to that; what's crazy is that, up to this point, we are not paying to Notion, but we will for sure when we find the need to add team members to work together, and it will be an investment worth while.

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion much here, I may want to see more embedding options, like an iFrame or something, sometimes the UI can be confusing, but overall, these are really small things that don't affect the overall experience

Notion provides a document editor that contains all types of elements, text, pictures, bullets, tables, databases, videos, checklists, and more.
I've seen many companies using notion to subsidize creating a full website, which is pretty astonishing when you think about it, it's that powerful.

Amazing software for any start up
What do you like best about the product?
The new notion ai is super helpful at summarising meeting notes and enabling teams to collaborate and review to do's. Lots of new integrations with other tools and platforms to make transitions a lot easier or more directly integrated with notion.
They have also released new functionality to easily convert pages into tables, tables into databases which saves a lot of time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some improvements to the tables and databases to be more aligned with excel or google sheets, there are something that you still need to revert to these tools for however if this was captured in the tables and databases then it would reduce the need to always link to these tools or have separate documents.
Some formatting, either you have full width or not on the pages, it would be nice to have this a bit more customisable and drag a drop to format pages not just in line with the standard formatting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge base - Notion is our internal knowledge base, giving all teams access to information from every team. We share company information with each function owning its own workspace that other groups can view. It allows teams to collaborate on projects and reference the same information, whether this is a link to an external document, site or database.
Customer-facing pages - We create and share private notion pages with our customers that act like mini support FAQ sites where we can update information quickly and effectively.
Documenting training resources - We store all training resources, videos, walkthroughs and written documentation in notion, you are able to track who created the resources and when they were last updated. This is super helpful when trying to see if materials are still relevant and up to date.

Notion, an excellent platform that implements agile methodologies in projects.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest advantages of Notion is its design, which shows only the necessary information, avoiding overwhelming the members of the work team with unnecessary information, which favors us focusing on what really matters. Additionally, it stands out for the implementation of agile methodologies such as Kanban for the monitoring of activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is an online platform, this makes it multiplatform since it can be used on various operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS, with support for smartphones, this allows team members and guests to the work area to have complete visibility in the execution of the tasks and can perform actions within the tool based on the assigned roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is excellent for visualizing the allocation of human resources in different projects since it allows each member to see on a single board, applying the corresponding filters, what are the pending activities, on a Kanban board, it is also possible to view on a calendar unique, the different tasks, with a perfectly configurable screen. This makes it very useful for those cases where we have multiple projects sharing the resources.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion. My company has used this for 2 years and is one of the best purchases. We have our project plans, timelines, information and images all stored in Notion. It's just straightforward to use and relatively lightweight for all its features. I also use it for personal use and would recommend it for businesses of any size or individual use. The future of Notion also seems exciting as they are now introducing AI writing to make writing blogs/content pieces, so I'll be sticking around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much- it is a little challenging to get used to at first because there are many features. But once you get past the learning curve, it's a lot of fun to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion just wants to make document storage and collaboration much easier. And as it grows, it is making that more and more a reality. Every new update has something unique that improves my workflow, and I appreciate it.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love notion! I use it for keeping all my work notes organized. I love being able to access all my notes in one place while also managing different types of data into one place.

It can have a bit of a learning curve when you first get started, but after watching a few tutorials videos, following the tutorials from Notion, & looking into templates offered by others, I was able to adapt and edit to my liking.

Notion solves having multiple platforms to keep different types of documents. I love that I can access and edit so many different types of document in order to keep everything together. Overall, it's helped me be better at my job, and keeps me organized for day to day life!

What do you dislike about the product?
The very steep learning curve, sometimes the interface could be difficult to understand and It usually keeps me fighting with it to organize the layout of my documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps to manage my knowledge base, keep my projects organized, serve as an intranet for the company and as the primary source of documentation for everyone.
