Excellent!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is like a second brain for me. It helps me organize all aspects of my personal life and other projects I am working on. I absolutely love the integrated AI assistant, actually more so than ChatGPT!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a very steep learning curve, so it takes a while to get to grips with it, as there is almost endless customization. I would like to see some more templates available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me learn to code and write script in various languages. Mainly Terraform and PowerShell. Notion AI is so good at giving me the code I need but also explaining what the different parameters etc.. mean.

What do you like best about the product?
The relational database approach is just so useful. The flexibility with which you can adapt every page almost like a template is great. I love that you can use latex too *(would be great to export in latex as well....). I end up storing all my thoughts in it. the AI tool is also perfect for drafting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a considerable amount of time to set it up as I wanted. There are endless tutorials online but there is no default starting point let's say. This works okay with me, because I enjoy setting up things and adapt them to my needs, but the steep learning curve might really scare some people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for a platform where I could store my files and organize my projects. Now instead of having multiple folders with random word files or .md files and a series of apps with to-do list i actually have platform to organize my thoughts.
Notion AI is the way forward!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion helps me keep all areas of my life organized, from work to side projects to my day-to-day personal life, all in one application. Brainstorming has become more accessible, and my project planning is more organized. Now with the AI feature, it helps to take the guesswork out of specific mundane tasks and speeds up many processes for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides for me. I feel like it's only gotten better over time. There are a ton of templates that already fit my needs, so no worries there. The addition of AI has only made it better, so keep up the good work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving my problem of an organization system when it comes to project planning and taking notes. I can develop a blueprint and then create additional pages within the blueprint that further fleshes out each topic within the blueprint. The AI writing assistant helps me edit lengthy documents/articles for better readability.

Making things colourful could be more easy.
AI can be very slow and sometimes not give you an answer at all.
When asking AI a general question, it sometimes give me you great information but sometimes only tells you about information that is already on that notion page in which you are trying to enter it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to make my project writing easy and streamlined. The rewording in a certain tone feature is amazingly helpful. It can also provide references for scientific writing.
Intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and intuitive to use. Has great text editing features and makes it easy to change the style of your text. Makes it really easy to work on work on each topic separately while keeping everything in the same document. The ai features are also very useful as it does not just spit out filler sentences when you ask it to write something.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ai summarising feature could have more work put into it as it has a high % of plagiarised from the original text. Also when you're asking it to write something and you already have text from a previous prompt on the page it will somehow refer to that as well even if the two things have nothing in common, you have to put the new prompt into a different page to avoid that.

Having all my notes and research topics within one document helps with organisation.
The ai tool saves a lot of time in writing introduction paragraphs for my research topics.
The text enhance tool saves time as it corrects mistakes for me giving me the opportunity to not have to proofread the text more than 2 times.

Notion is life-changing!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create pages and databases in a way that suit your lifestyle and organization practices. Notion has so many features to personalize the experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact the AI is unable to process images/PDFs and extract information from them. I dislike the way trash doesn't load properly. Sometimes HTML and CSV imports don't work which can be frustrating. Sometimes I would like to create a table view without creating pages but still have properties. Also, it is difficult to learn!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything in one place is important to me and syncing throughout multiple devices is essential! Notion solves both of those problems.

The all-in-one tool: I like how Notion combines a variety of productivity tools, such as note-taking, task management, and project management, into one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be more helpful to have greater flexibility in arranging page blocks and text. For example, a setting that allows you to place anything anywhere on the page without having to add multiple columns and line up everything accordingly would be beneficial.

Notion is helping me organize my business, personal projects, and general day-to-day life duties. It helps with my productivity, and Notion AI helps with problems like getting started or finding motivation.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great to use because it is perfectly customizable. With its new AI features, my work is made even easier. Great app and great integration with AI!

The only thing I'd like to see with Notion is the ability to have two pages open at once, but I am overall very pleased!

Notion makes it easy to use AI for any kind of writing that I do because it is built right into the app. It makes my life much easier.
The best system for students and more!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's both simple and complex to use depending on how you want it. I have been using Notion for 3 or so year to organize school, my businesses and everything I can possibly systemize in Notion. I'm always learning new ways of optimizing my systems to make it simpler and effective especially for note taking and linking ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the linking if ideas can be improved so we can see a visual diagrams where ideas are linked. I still struggle with linking ideas using Notion since i am unable to see the visual connections between ideas.

The notion AI has helped me a lot to feel unstuck when I'm learning or researching about a concept or topic.
I've been using the AI to write summaries of long articles, provide the main ideas, etc.
It has also helped me improved my thinking and writing since I use it to make my writing and sentences better.
My favourite part it I use it for creating active recall questions. It's not the best since it can't create the toggle and I have to do that manually but it gets the basic stuff done.

The integrated workflow of adding knowledge using AI assistant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI assistant can sometimes take too much from what you have written above, creating a small echo chamber.

Creating comprehensive knowledge products. Notion helps me to support consultancies and individuals build knowledge products to generate revenue from their unique IP.
