Recommendation to others to help their creative mind and organization in a broad scope
What do you like best about the product?
Minimalist approach making it easy to organize and workflow fast with custom templates. Still getting used to the Shortcuts, but recently, the best feature is the AI tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the sidebar function; I think finding pages and constantly popping up and switching my page length is weird. It's also hard to expand the size of the page horizontally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my organization and finding those faster than what I was using before the benefits of it is that it's easy to put pages together and make it make sense in a way that helps my brain.
Notion AI Changed my Business Forever.
What do you like best about the product?
The clear UI, and custom features are robust but not confusing. I love how active Notion is in their community and how it conforms to your mind, not the opposite.
What do you dislike about the product?
It comes with the territory but it's a little frustrating how fast they innovate 😂 Every time I get my system setup a new feature comes out that makes it possible to improve!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to organize my life and tasks in a way that I WANT to work. Anything I can think of, and system, any process, Notion can do it. And if it can't to it just yet, it will be able to soon. So this is where I choose to build my digital life.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple and clean to use. I recommend Notion to all my school peers. I find it a great place to have everything organized such as school, clubs, life, goals
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a small learning curve on how to use Notion, but the templates really help guide the process. I would like there to be more templates available for the public to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The everyday, busy work task that are assigned, Notion AI makes it much easier to manage. I find that if the feature where it can clean up your writing for draft a blurb for social media the most helpful

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in the tools. It's nice to be able to chatagarize my thoughts into sections and pages and databases to really keep everything together. Its also very helpful for my to explain my thought processs and checklists to my team
What do you dislike about the product?
The ipad version crashes a little more than I woudl like it to. I'd also love for there to be a better option for notes with the apple pen but it doesn't always register on the mobile notion app

All organization. When you're a creative and a business ownder it's hard to keep track of all your thoughts AND all of your todo lists and deadlines. Notion helps me succeeed at both
The Swiss Army Knife of Collaborative Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I highly enjoy Notion's ability to use relational databases, as these serve as a window for how ideas and tasks connect. I also enjoy the integration of AI for the most part and how quickly it is to create page elements or databases on-the-fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forced integration of AI and no ability to turn it off. The lack of customer support, bugs and slow performance issues as well as much-needed features, such as a way to sort connected pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me with managing my life, in terms of task management and notes being in one place. I also use Notion's API to integrate two of my calendars (Google and Outlook) every day. When managing a website, it's useful as a way of recording changes and also seeing what pages relate to one another.
Notion AI - Not so GPT
What do you like best about the product?
Its my personal content management platform with better markdown integration. It seamlessly integrates with most of other productivity tools like Todoist etc.
I have used couple of others like Obsidian, those are good for offline but notion covers me in all my devices

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not good at remembering things, Notion helps organise my life knowledge into a big knowledge base. I feel my life is organised now with Notion
Easy to Navigate and work
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to Navigate and work with. Very helpful and love the templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very usefull, As such , we have not encountred anything that is not helpful

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy to use, organize, and summarize (especially with the AI function!). I am able to keep everything organized easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to just create an empty spreadsheet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Ai tool makes summarizing notes I take SO easy. I simply ask it to summarize an entire page of notes into a single paragraph, and BAM it's done.

What do you like best about the product?
The Ai has been great for giving me a starting point on writing prompts, emails, etc. I also appreciate the customization of pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have too many complaints, but to nitpick, it would be great to allow custom database columns (such as google maps location and then being able to see the map in a different db view).
Additionally, sometimes it is hard to completely delete notion pages as it's good to have them for historical purposes. Perhaps there could be a good way of archiving content or a way to exclude these pages from being searched/indexed. The main problem I have with keeping old pages up is that when I try to use Notion Search, it's littered with references to old pages which I specifically do not need to look through.
Additionally, sometimes it is hard to completely delete notion pages as it's good to have them for historical purposes. Notion is helping me stay sane by making it pretty easy to stay organized. The main benefit is also being able to share and collaborate with others.
Great and simple organizational tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a straightforward and customizable tool that you can use to tailor toward what you want to be organized. Notion has attractive features and templates that help you to stay on top of your assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
For writing journal entries or diaries, it would be better if there was the option to lock the page so that others can't view it when they log into your account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing all my tasks and assignments, keeping everything together in one place that I can easily find and have access to.
