Makes projects a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an incredibly powerful and versatile tool that can be customized to fit many different needs. I find myself using it constantly throughout the work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because you can do so much with it, sometimes it's unclear exactly what Notion's capabilities are. It would be nice to see real world examples of how others use this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a project manager Notion allows me to easily keep track of my projects as well as who is working on them, status updates, and any other relevant information.
GPT assistance in Notion makes these two products superior
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to organize note-keeping and project tracking using Notion + GPT. This combination allows me to formulate the desired result in free form and then see how well I described that desired result, correcting if necessary.
I will definitely stick with this combo, given that a large portion of my work is writing (this text is written without the assistance of GPT)

What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor hiccups are appearing in GPT:
a) sometimes, I want to see what I said to GPT instead of seeing the model output only
b) rarely occurs the bug I can't reproduce - the desktop version of Notion has pop up window with GPT reply located outside of the view in top-left corner, such that I see only about a small fragment of menu without reply itself

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Notion for multiple purposes: structure my notes and have an independent reviewer of my text. On top of that, use of GPT helps to write more in notes with just a few semi-finished thoughts
Good help with notes, writing and structuring
What do you like best about the product?
Notion allows keeping the notes on the research progress in a structured manner, and the simplicity of format will make using these tools intuitive quite quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion does not allow working flexibly with some formats, like screenshots, while this is often one of the quickest ways to store information, apart from sketchy note-taking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI Writing Assistant works well with making lists, tables and flexibly summarising the content in the text form, from one phrase to one page and back. Summarising the literature is very convenient, as well as looking for best explanation of complex scientific terms. Some downside of the present AI tool for research is in the actual literature search. For instance, if you request a list of most suitable papers on a certain subject, the AI delivers a comprehensive list of references and can give you links. However, when attempting to retrieve this literature from the internet, the links are often outdated, and these papers are difficult to find in different systems, such as Google Scholar or Academia. So that, working with text and obtaining summaries for the papers you already have in full-text is easier than finding new sources.

Notion is a productivity and organizational tool that offers customization, collaboration, versatility, integration, mobility, and ease-of-use. It allows users to create custom pages, collaborate with others, integrate with popular tools, and access content from anywhere, among other benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion offers many benefits, it can be intimidating at first and has a steep learning curve. To fully understand its range of capabilities, it's recommended to follow a tutorial at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a powerful tool that can help users solve a variety of information management problems, including information overload, scattered information, inefficient workflows, lack of collaboration, poor organization, and limited functionality. Notion allows users to organize their information in a clear and structured way, create custom workflows, collaborate with others, and customize pages, databases, and templates to fit their specific needs.
I'm still unlocking the power - but wow!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used it most to help with improving my writing and cleaning up complex items. I'm still learning how to use the power of the tool to generate Notion features such as lists and databases. At this point, I would say I use the AI tools at least two or three times per day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, this is more of a comment about me than the tool, and that is, I still need to learn more about how to make the most of the prompts to unlock the power of the AI features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as my second brain. I have a million items to juggle and Notion helps me keep track of EVERYTHING! I maintain databases of all of my projects, people, and priorities and link them up through the relational tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is not only powerful, but easy to use. The interface that pops up when you engage with notion AI provides a good introduction in how to plug the tool into your workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lack of continuity. I often have to refine my requests of Notion AI, and that's hard to do without deleting what you've already created. I wish i could interface with Notion AI through a chat box, and then choose which content I'd like to pull into a page. Notion AI assumes that i want to keep or delete whatever it produces, when I'd rather refine.
Also i really, really, *really* wish that Notion had a feature that allowed me to make drawings on my iPad with my Apple Pencil. I study chemistry and i want to be able to draw diagrams to place into my notes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for so many aspects of my life. Here is a list of the latest:
1. My bullet journal
2. Assistance in coding (R, and Tableau calculations)
3. Making my writing look more professional
4. Tracking graduate program applications
5. Note taking on all of my learning (be it professional, academic, or out of personal interest)
6. All of the organization, project management, funding tracking and internal management for my startup

Best organisational software!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and organise all my notes in one place. Fantastic knowledge base for me university studies and revision.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the notion AI to better integrate with features of notion e.g integrating the toggle feature into the AI's writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for organising and storing my notes neatly in one place. The AI specifically helps me to generate questions and answers to use to revise content from for my university exams.
Game changer with the way we work
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create groups and endless subgroups within. Then having database systems I enjoy looking at all topped off with AI that helps me with my writing and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could sync my Google Calender in a fast easy way so i'm not having to manage double diaries. I wish you could add your own colours to text, text boxes, backgrounds etc and I wish the AI could scan attached documents the way it can embedded content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One great example is that i'm now able to create protocols with ease thanks to the AI assistant, and then I can share them with the rest of the team so we're covered and all in alignment.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion's AI ability is a life-changer for me. I can create outlines, synopsis content, and well organized talking points with this amazing tool. It's my favorite thing now!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the AI to be able to write longer content, as it's difficult to get long-form content from AI currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to do a lot of synopsis, description, and explanation content for pop culture and media, and Notion AI is able to summarize things like movies and books with amazing accuracy, helping me save time and effort. Thank you Notion!

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is best for me to take notes for all of my subjects at school. Its format and many available blocks make it easy for me to note take for my final examinations and the Ai feature helps me summarise and make revision tests at the end. It also helps me shorten the word count for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it doesn't link to other pages on your workspace, I feel like you should at least be able to mention another one or two in order to write what you have, because let's be honest, you don't do everything on one page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well with the Ai capability, it is always learning, and I can see that when I use it more and more as the days go by, there are a couple of features that are outside the AI itself that need to be addressed like linking it to other pages and other things users may have run into that needs manual development. Always seek their feedback, I've given mine thus far.
