Keeps Our Team’s Information Organized and Centralized

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have my and my team's information organized and centralized. To create a page, it's easy if it's a simple page and you you can start typing and dumping what you need in there. I use it everyday for my team's projects and to check on my direct reports, as well as to check on company policies and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel the tables, DBs, different text formats, lists, checklists and all the other a bit confusing. It's great to have a bunch of options but also it has a huge learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see what my team is up to, the status of the requests I make, the information is all centralized in one place and we can all see it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is simple to use and user-friendly. It's linked to both our calls and Slack messaging, which makes the transfer of knowledge very easy. It has a lot of prebuilt functions that we use across the organization, and its API is fantastic. These features help make information sharing seamless and are a huge resource on the AI writing front. Shared resources are easily accessible across all platforms, allowing us to recall anything in Notion across Google and Slack messaging. The setup was extremely easy, which was great, and I would likely recommend it to others.

Nothing it is truly a perfect management / AI tool

What do you like best about the product?
Having company-wide access to create and share information makes it much easier to keep everyone aligned and informed.

Easily Links Databases with Minimal Effort

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The way that it can link databases very easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integration to other platforms like google sheets etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation for a multitude of things. I work in marketing so whether it's forward planning or campaign implementation, storing campaign information in a logical way, it's helpful. Really like the database design. Only thing missing are reporting capabilites and somehow being able to map a database to spreadsheets and building reports. Or using the data on Google Mail, for example I store all my campaign info here and sometimes want to recall it when I write an email, so would be awesome if that was linked
