What do you like best about the product?
Notion and the AI Writing Assistant have been incredibly helpful in organizing my work. The platform's flexibility has allowed me to create easy-to-use tables, keep track of my tasks, and summarize content with ease. The AI Writing Assistant has also been a great help, providing suggestions for rephrasing my writing and improving the structure of my work. Overall, I am very pleased with the capabilities of Notion and the AI Writing Assistant. They have helped me streamline my workflow and be more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, one downside of using Notion is that I sometimes create too many pages and subsections, which can make it challenging to locate where I was working before. This issue may be more related to my way of working, but I have found that creating a clear hierarchy for my pages and subsections can help me stay organized.

Great for note taking and AI
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I'm able to keep all my notes in one place and have the integration of AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI was able to do a bit more like read other notes, pdfs or images as well as rewriting tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing copy, brainstorming and helping me be a more efficient professional.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the task organization feature and the fun aspect of writing. The user-friendly interface makes work more enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permitting pages sometimes is a hustle. Also, I would like to have more autonomy to set different templates in the pages easily including for example an outline or preview of the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I cant automatically calculate the tasks' due dates if they are dependent on each other. I can't also easily add sub-tasks, I think it is somewhat confusing.
AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the customizable features of Notion and I really like the AI assistant which helps me brainstorm content ideas and revise the tone of my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more templates were easily available. I also wish that the spacing between lines on the notion was closer/more customizable. I don't like having too much blank space. My biggest complaint with the AI feature is that it always turns up erroneous links when asked to provide sources for work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me stay on top of my daily habits, academic notes, and assignments. I am definitely more productive because I use notion.

The app is incredibly versatile and flexible - I appreciate being able to create and collaborate with others.

My only downside with Notion is that sometimes it is hard to find where something is.

Notion is a central hub for me for organizing my thoughts, notes, and workflows.
Great Tool for personal and work
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and organize work meetings, notes, resources and most of the tools it has. Great way to contain educational information for others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think everything works well. Sometimes the tools are a little too sensitive like when making a list or trying to copy and paste.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing our employees with a space to share knowledge space for others to access collectively. Also, Ai helps with SQL.
I love it! Discovered Notion just a few months ago and wish I'd have found it much earlier
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the Ai integration. I use it to study by using it to elaborate on words/subjects. I also add articles from online using the web clipper then have the Ai summarize the article for me. The Ai can also make tables for you and recipes, ideas, bullet points, etc. Overall a great product and well worth paying for the Ai so that you don't have to copy and paste stuff from ChatGpt.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ai is great and I love it, but it can't read content from linked pages, which would be really nice if it could do. Hopefully that funnction comes soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mostly to keep track of all my notes. I used to use Evernote, Google Docs, etc. and have things saved in different places, but with Notion I can save all my ideas in one central place and also use the Ai assistant to help summarize and synthesize all my notes and help me learn better in a more organized way.
Notion is a great note taking app; AI needs some work.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about motion is the aesthetics and the easy and intuitive user interface. Taking notes is so easy and and user friendly, it makes me take more comprehensive notes. I like how there are multiple ways to do certain functions like for example, you can use your mouse or you can press slash. I love how you can edit pages with icons and images. The personalization is something you don't see very often and really adds to the user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many good things about notion and to me they outweigh the bad, but I will say that AI needs some work. I found that it was making up a lot of stuff that wasn't true when I was taking notes to the point where I stopped using it. Sometimes I wish that you could fill more of the screen up with text and stuff rather than it being limited to a small portion of the middle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping notes in an aesthetic and easy to organize way. Having the ability to personalize my pages makes it more satisfying for me to use them. As such I find myself excited to customize and personalize to make my notes cute.

Notion has dramatically helped improve my life with the wide variety of ways to organize information. From the synced blocks to the tables, I love Notion's features. Plus, the new AI feature helps formulate ideas for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the mobile app, I don't like that when I want to add a new line item, it automatically opens a new page. It would drive me crazy if the desktop version did that as well.

Notion helps me organize all areas of my life and business. While I'm a fairly organized person, I need a variety of options for organizing my thoughts. Notion solves that by having multiple options to choose from to design my productivity system that works for me.

What do you like best about the product?
AI It helps me to improve my english considering that english is my third language. Also, it makes my text more professional and all is inside notion no nedd ti go tk chat gpt. Just all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like sometimes i need something lighter. Like a notepad. Which i can quickly open and use anywhere. Maybe even offline version. But other than that the rest is fine :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ai it helps to improve my language and change the tone. Also I think it's best tool for preparing any tech docs. I love that you provide possibility to make the page public.
