Life changing organization tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It's like different notebooks for separate topics, but each notebook can be customized to that topic. This allows for more meaningful and organized notes and planning!
What do you dislike about the product?
The computer version is a bit easier to use than the mobile version. The mobile version is great for on the go but if I'm actually adding things to Notion then desktop version is much more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep track of all my projects, brainstorming ideas, content calendar, and travel details. I can trust Notion for when I just need to dump my thoughts and then come back to it later when needed so that I'm not overwhelmed with all the thoughts and ideas at once.
Notion for Note-taking
What do you like best about the product?
Writing and cleaning up sentences using Notion AI is good for writing for a general audience. It has a good grammatical sense; it makes the sentences clear if the prompt is very generalistic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Notion AI tool is not super productive for academics. The writing suggestion is too simplistic. Even when you give prompts in academic language, it reduces the concepts into narrow stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me put my lecture notes in a single space with the option of adding more subpages and interconnected notes. The cloud feature is also helpful, particularly when you are attending a seminar, and you don't have access to a computer; you can quickly tune in a mobile app.
Notion keeps me organized, I couldn't do my daily work without it!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the databases, and how you can view pages in different ways depending on what is most effective to harness the power of that information. For instance, a list might work better in some instances vs. a calendar might display that info in a different way depending on different circumstances. I love the flexibility!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest there really isn't much I don't like about notion except for maybe the fact that not many of my colleagues use it so it makes sharing notes a bit more difficult when I am wanting to use my Notion site but others are still locked in with Word, Google Drive, OneNote etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves all my organizational problems by keeping all my work and personal to dos, lists, notes etc. in one place. It acts as my single source of truth so I am not going to many different places to access the information. The first thing I do every day is log into my Notion, and see what I have to do for the day.

it's a great organizational tool that allows me to interweave my ideas into each other to make links between all my information.
What do you dislike about the product?
at the beginning it's a bit hard to use because it's not very intuitive.

with the new artificial intelligence feature, i save a lot of time in my work. i use it a lot to change the tone of my writings and shorten or lengthen my words according to the instructions given by my teachers.

I enjoy how flexible it can be, it can be tailored to the indivudal, Not overly technical to use, People can customise Notion that suits the person, You can go quite far with a free account.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I do not like about notion, I guess setting up your own layout may not be as intuitive as it can be.

Notion is a great way to store and remember my information, it allows me to organise my information and projects

The ability to create systems and have customization and functionality as well curated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to search words or pages. That henders my creative workflow often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have a whole CRM, task management and creative workflow in one place without needing several software. It's giving me more time to do other things in business.

Notion is missing an offline function and can be challenging to get the hang of when you first start.

Love Notion!
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and I love how flexible it is. I use Notion for basically every aspect of my life
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could transfer info and from to excel more easily, or I wish I could use it like excel more. There are certain things, such as financials I just can't use on notion. I wish there was a graph option

What do you like best about the product?
I like how customisable it is and how many different things you can use it for. I can make different pages to track and record every component of my life and have it all available and accessible for me in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit more difficult when it comes to exporting pages, especially when trying to export something within a data base. When you download as a pdf it includes the table section. There is also a lot of different inserts that I am unfamilar with and could use more guidance around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me put all information in one place. Easy for different people to access. Great functionality with the calendar data base feature and being able to see the same information in different formats, and being able to easily filter through the information.
the Notion's AI Writing Assistant will definitely step up the game, but it's not perfect yet.
What do you like best about the product?
It's all about the clock! Notion saves me tons of time. With my trusty IA writing assistant in tow, I get automated suggestions for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors. It even suggests alternative word choices to up my writing game. And when I need to jet off to my next task, it helps me whip up outlines and summaries in a flash.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the fact there is no confirmation popup when deleting a page. So if you're not careful, you delete tons of work without knowing.

I enjoy how Notion is a powerful tool for project management. It allows me to organize my projects and tasks. it's super easy to create task lists, set deadlines, assign team members, and track progress. You can also use Notion's database features to store project-related information such as notes, files, and links.
